The Adult Toybox

Amazing employees, amazing vibes. Nothing but love for this place and the culture ❤️ they’re not homophobic at all - which I heavily appreciate. Have never felt judged or anything here.

I luv this joint. Never ceases to amaze me with the up to date items. There's always something new and very exciting each time I visit. And the well trained staff are top notch. You name it, they have it, and can tell you all about it. They truly are very friendly and make you feel right at home. Warm smiles and top notch service seems to be the order of day, and night. Just a very friendly, lovely and attractive staff that is more than happy to assist you. So don't be shy. Be an adult, and have some fun.

Stopped in to get some gummies and a grinder and had a great experience! The woman working there was extremely helpful and even more so easy on the eyes! Lol. Actually she was way hot and I'll admit I needed that distraction for my mental energy even more than I needed THC....

Came to buy a vape pen for CBD. The associate sold me the new pen they are pushing and it wouldn't fit the cartridge I had. I came back to exchange since I have been doing over $100 a month business in the last 4 yrs and was refused a return or refund. What kind of service is that? Won't be back and will make sure to push other local businesses in the future. They are all nice til an issue arises then they say call the manager.

Emily was great! Definitely helped a newbie out with any questions I had! She was honest and let me know exactly what I needed. And especially made me feel comfortable! Idk how comfortable you need to be talking about something that everyone does but walking in the store I felt overwhelmed and she made it that much easier! Thank you Emily

Really bad establishment, employees completely disrespect customers with lgbtq belief, go to the one in Clarksville. Told me I have to go wait in my car while my partner is in the store. Also very disrespectful to military since the girl with blue hair wants to make nasty comments. Also saying it’s Kentucky policy

OKAY GUYS, THIS PLACE!! The BEST customer service I have EVER GOTTEN, no questions asked. I literally called, asked what’s in stock, but being a single dad I can’t take my boy in so on and so forth, this dude literally without hesitation said, "F it, I’ll bring it out to you and we’ll get you taken care of." You wanna succeed, be like the Mohawk guy in here. I can’t even explain the level of catering this dude just straight offered because he wanted to. TAKE ALL YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
