All UPS Stores seem to have friendly, knowledgeable people who specialize in fast, efficient service. Love Jeff, who always greets you with a smile and a hello!

What a difference of employees from one store to the next. In garland there's one man with a bunch of pink spots all over his arms who's extremely rude whenever you step inside the store. Here i met a black man that i love his personality, and we joked about my 4-wheeler walker that i can use as a dolly to transport packages from my car to the store, i was here after 3 pm. Kudos to this man😀

Great park for families! Lots to do and no fee to enter!!!

Too much construction at this time. Will circle back once it's completed. Katy trial is a good place for BBQ and bar food. Great margaritas.

Preston Park is great! The people who shop here, not so much. Just beware that the people of Plano will run you over as you drive or walk through this area. They are rude and vocal about you’re in their way and right of ways are ignored! Recommend going in non peak hours only.

Only reason I’m giving this place three stars is cause I went in and I forgot tape for my box and they told me I was gonna have to buy tape. It just didn’t make any sense something they get for like two dollars they wanted me to buy a whole roll when I just had to ship one little box back to Amazon.
