MOON'S RARE BOOKS A Museum Disguised as a Bookstore We love The Shops at Riverwoods, but especially this one. It's a museum to us. Whether you want to purchase a costly, rare book from a place with great service or just get your fill of beauty, this shop is worth a trip all by itself. And they do sell less costly items.

I was so stoked to visit Moon’s. They have some amazing pieces of history, including books that are 400-500 years old, as far as I am aware. You can buy and frame single pages of damages bibles from 400 years ago, see Charles Dickens desk, or stay for the evening ($25) to see Moon share his rarest books from the vault in the back. Moons is placed is the most oddly deserted outdoor mall though, next to a theater. It’s sort of the last place I expected this anomaly to exist, and otherwise not sure what to do there other than check out Moons. Huge ample parking lot with free parking and an AMC theater which also looked deserted to me.

I was fortunate enough to make a journey to this remarkable establishment. Mister Moon himself was present and even came out to greet me personally. We shared in some wonderful conversations. This man I had never met before treated me like I was an old friend. He shared with me beautiful bibles, historical documents, original film props and so much more. I met his incredible son, Seth. He and I easily spent the next several hours (even after the store had closed) just trading stories about history, art, manga, and everything in between. I am beyond grateful for this experience that will live in my memories forever. Moon's Rare Books is more than a store. It's an experience and one I will forever cherish.

Really fascinating place with a ton of cool displays! Employees are helpful and knowledgeable and willing to talk about the history behind the items on display. Loved it!

I love going into Moon’s Rare Books whenever I’m in Provo! So full of treasures. My sister gifted me a print that I saw at Moon’s once and fell in love with, and it’s very high quality!

Can get pages of 400+ yr old Bible framed and mailed out. Mr Reed wa genuine and friendly. His store attendants are knowledgeable and quote noce

So cool! The owner was there when we stopped by which was super neat, and the employee that helped us was super knowledgeable. They have some really neat things, it’s like a little museum.
