So many aisles of books catering to every interest imaginable. They have an incredible selection of classic books. You can get some coupons discount vouchers for Starbucks inside. The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. If you're in the Rochester area, this Barnes & Noble is a good visit.

I had amazing service at the cafe from Alistare and another associate who's name I didn't catch. Not only did they represent the company well, they made my dietary restrictions (no dairy) a priority when making suggestions. The suggestions took my breakfast from good to amazing, and I will 10/10 be going back to this cafe for more drinks and muffins!

Great store. It has a super wide selection and looks very nice inside. The customer service is very helpful.

This Barnes & Noble is awesome. The staff are polite and friendly. They have a nice variety of things to buy other than brand new books. Their selection of brand new books is great. Sometimes there are musicians playing live music upstairs. I always find what I'm looking for here.

I usually have a great experience here. I would give it 5 stars. But people like jackie have made the experience less than enjoyable lately. I have seen her ask anyone around me for help but has never asked me on more than one occasion. I would approach her if it wasnt for the dirty looks and the way she talks to other employees in the store in front of customers. it just makes the environment unwelcoming.

The bookstore itself was nice. Well stocked, organized, clean and the staff were helpful and quick. However the café was a mess. I ordered a latte and instead got a cup of 2% milk with whip cream. I wanted to go back but after seeing the line and hearing other customers complaining, I decided it wasn't worth the wait

Always impressed every time I visit this store. They have expanded beyond just books. Vinyls, movies, toys. Great location. It's all about getting a mocha and sitting with a book. But bring some headphones if u want some peace and quite. Make sure you check out the used book section , tons of books at awesome prices , bought one yesterday for $7.00 in great shape.
