Jetpack Comics & Games

Opened a sealed card binder and it was damaged/broken… no returns or refunds even though I went back within less than an hour… they bought the product and should be the one contacting the support website for a replacement (not me)… and should have given me a replacement instead. Now i’ve got a damaged item that serves no real purpose.. i’m a regular there and spend a ton of money there as well. I will not be returning. $20 wasted.

Jet pack is awesome. One of the best game stores we've been to. Often requested as a special destination trip in our house. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everytime!!

Excellent place with a huge selection of things not just comic books. Staff is amazing and super friendly and even offer suggestions if you're new to the comic book world. I highly recommend stopping here. Great spot to grab some books and grab food across the street as there is a Thai restaurant and a café too.

Always love going to Jetpack even if my wallet hates it. Swung by for just a couple variants & one want list item but left with boatload of comics & cards.

An amazing comic book shop. Great collection. Lots of personal and wonderful extra touches. Lots of in store merch. Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly.

Ordered some signed comics from y’all on eBay without realizing I purchased as a guest, so I wanted to leave you feedback somewhere! Super fair pricing and the product was packaged very safely. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on this shop for gifts in future

edit: I originally just rated 1 star without a review as I reviewed on Yelp, but then it seems my Yelp review has been hidden, so I'm posting it here as well. The store replied to my blank review, so I'm guessing they were aware of the yelp review. I preordered some MTG boxes online for a relatives birthday, and the package got lost by USPS. After I contacted them to request a refund, it took 3 weeks to get any resolution, during which they said it was delivered and sent a USPS response as proof, only for me to point out they had requested a search for the wrong package. After those 3 weeks, they said they were going to send out a replacement. I told them that I had already bought a replacement for the birthday, and asked for a refund. They refused, saying I didn't inform them it was time sensitive, and I had to request to cancel my order and take a 95% refund and another week to get my money back. Overall, I wouldn't order from a place that seems more intent on arguing with customers than trying to resolve issues.
