Spencer's

There was no people there and the worker with glasses (a female) was being really rude. This is the second time I come in and they have bad customer service don’t plan on coming back anymore.

#spencergifts Crowded and cramped as all Spencer gifts stores are Coast to Coast. I was looking for a choker and it was here it was perfect. I like the gags. I was so tempted to buy the fart machine it's is one of my favorite things. I see also they have adult toys as well as things for younger people. They have a lot of sarcastic t-shirts and buttons and pins. This is a Haven for sarcastic people like me.

Rude female employee (whose name I cannot recall) ruined my experience at this location. Definitely did not meet the expectations that I have had from other Spencer’s locations. Will not be coming back, and I advise others to not shop here.

Either a manger or employee with orange/red hair and glasses had a very bad attitude , I asked nicely for ponyo items , it’s a little anime movie and she showed me to the adult pills/items . With rudeness .I asked her again politely. She again responding very rudely. Bad customer service from this employee. Not everyone that goes in there is looking for adult things . She made me feel unwelcome and disrespected especially during the holidays.

My friends and I enjoy going into this store there’s never a problem, but this rude red-headed girl employee starts looking at us judgmentally, rolling her eyes, and keeping eye contact with us, telling her manager about being "suspicious about us. As we walked around the store, one of the employees started watching us and following us around in different sections, thinking we were trying to steal something. They also started talking to each other when they were close by. As we went to buy our item, we talked to the cashier and told them we felt very "uncomfortable" and there was no reason to act this way. We knew she was one of those people who was being rude, but we just wanted to let them know. She then gave us the lamest excuse that it’s a small store, they are just trying to keep an eye out, and that she will talk to her manager about it. I honestly felt harassed and very upset about these employees that work there. They are very rude and have no respect for people. I heard a lot of stories about these bad employees, especially the red headed girl very judgmental and unkind.

I've been going to Spencer's for more than 10 years, new location in Northridge but same laughs as always

Good place to find birthday gifts for any age! I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recommend it 👍
