Tickle Me Pink

Placed a call for a product. The worker said he would check and text back with a photo (never did). Personally went to the store and he said "oh we don't have your size". When was he going to text? Probably wouldn't have. Lying to customers is bad customer service.

Great place, big selection, decent prices, employees are professional and very knowledgable about each and every product they carry. Met the owner once while shopping here, treated me very well, answered many questions, gave me great suggestions and gave me a little discount. Whether you are looking for stuff for a bachelor/bachelorette party, stuff for your lover and you to have fun with once you lock your bedroom door, or just want to give yourself a little (or big) gift- the kind of gift that keeps on giving, this is the best place in all of South Monterey County. You wont regret coming here and you certainly wont regret your purchase. Yes, they sell batteries. Absolutely terrible service. The cashier was incredibly rude and demanded we leave because we were cracking jokes never going back.

Staff needs to learn hot to talk to people in a non charismatic way a simple guys can u please not play would be okay instead of some childish remarks

Guy was very rude no customer service whatsoever never going back there again
