Spencer's

This time of the year is so hard to shop for people. A.J was SO helpful! We had no idea what to buy at first, worh A.J’s assistance and recommendations were fantastic!

They just have the most exotic accessories and if you are a big Halloween, Cartoon kind of gyal this is the place 😝

My experience at the Oglethorpe Mall Spencers was rude to say the least. I was only coming to pick up an online order that was PRE-PAID, in the last few minutes that the store was open. YET on arrival I was told the store was closed 5 minutes till 7. I had called ahead and was told they would be open until 7 but I was told they were "closed" at 6:55 with the gate closed upon arriving. I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way and only had to pick up a singular item. I was only at this mall for this particular store. Overall, not a good experience.

Have not been to a Spencer's in years. Was doing some Christmas shopping and thought I'd give it a look. I forgot about all the different stuff that they have from whatever is trendy right now to adult toys. Very friendly staff willing to answer questions and knowledgeable. I'm glad employees know the answers because I didn't want to be in there too long because of limited space. Other than that overall great experience.

On this visit the staff was not friendly nor helpful as they usually are. Also, be sure that your items are a good fit for you because their return policy is that you only get a gift card for store credit. After finding this out I may be limiting my purchases with them.

I love this store and they never have a problem answering my numerous questions. Found something damaged on the racks and managed to get a nice little discount. The box of discount hats is freaking awesome too! They are way nicer in here that Hot Topics. Oh yeah I just wish they had a few more Extended Sizes, that's not a reason to not stop by though.

My friend and I were about to buy several shirts with the BUY 3 get 1 FREE deal they had last night at this location but we were quickly and aggressively confronted by the heavier, middle aged, women working there three different times last night. I was so kind, as was my friend, the first time she had spoke to us, but she escalated the situation two more times that I decided to lay down my merchandise and leave. I was trying to be mature but the childish tone and agitation of the employee was starting to feel like bullying. I told her that I was unfortunately not going to be buying anything anymore and swiftly looked at her name tag before walking out the door… at which time she got VERY angry and offered to call her manager over… I let the manager know that she was mean to us for no apparent reason and left before he said anything since we felt so uncomfortable. Will not be going back to this location.
