Spencer's

Today was my first time ever in a Spencer’s and I was actually excited just checking out all the shirts up front. I was minding my business literally just looking at the different designs and I noticed I was being stared down the whole time. Then some employee comes up and asks if we need help I said no that I was just looking at all the different shirts. As she walked away, she goes "you sure are" with the most unnecessary attitude. Like…what? We looked at maybe three shirts and I even tried folding them back after. Did I mess them up a little? Yeah and I felt bad but only for the employee who had to fix them not the other girl who said something rude and dipped (who I think was the cashier) It’s a store. People are going to look at things before spending their money. If employees have a problem with customers simply browsing, they’re in the wrong job. I was not being disrespectful, so that attitude was completely uncalled for.

I love what Spencer's store have something what I was looking for and it was awesome to see and makes me laugh and enjoy with my friends 😁👍

Cashier had my friend and I waiting to pay while chatting with other customers. Mid conversation with the other customers she acknowledge that we were waiting and the cashier had the nerve to say "they can wait" while referring to us standing there. Awful customer service and not a way to treat customers.

I love this store. They have a great variety of shirts to choose from. Music, pop culture l, movies, shows and animes. They also have blankets, cups, key chains, hats, wallets, purses, and jewelry. There's also an adult section in the back for couples or single fun

Take your business somewhere else. They nickel land dime you for bubble bags. The associate was just obnoxiously in her own world had to check my ID two times in a row when she already knew who I was. I'll walk in see what I want and then go online and order it. Or go to another spencers location

Had to bring back an item after Christmas, and yes it was a Christmas item. The item was damaged due to the cashier taking off the alarm. The die inside broke and stained the item, I didn't see it until I got home. I spoke with Hector, I had to walk to the other side of the store to see the manager whom was very nice. The manager there was very understanding and quick to help, I was able to exchange the item their. I really feel the Item should have been accepted at the place I purchased it, I had the receipt and only wanted an exchange. In the end it worked out. Thanks...

Now look, I come to Spencer's about every week to 2 weeks, at this point it's the only store in the mall that I go to including Newbury Comics. I'm always finding new things to buy from there. I went in to Spencer's looking for some new gag gifts, and this employee kept circling back to wherever I was standing and would walk away like I can't notice her. Not me being racially profiled WHILE WEARING SPENCERS MERCHANDISE??😅😭😭 Me personally there was no reason to do that, just because I'm black??
