Just bought a South Park shirt and this nice guy Joshua, asked us what our favorite episodes were and that made us having a great conversation about the show quite fun actually. I hope he will be around when I come back again for more South Park purchases in the very near future. Shopping may not always be fun but today, he made it fun.

Went to the store and saw a mug for $14.99 and was gonna purchase it but when the sales associate said that the total was more than $20 i asked her why it was so much? Because it was the price tag for $14.99 but she said that on the system it shows for $19.99 and I even told her that there were more mugs of the same design with the same price tag and she asked me if I still wanted to take it for that price. I said no but she didn’t even tried to apologize or respect the price tag or something else but instead she said ok and bye. She preferred to lose a sale. This is an example of false advertising. I’m showing her the error on the price tag but she just said bye and left it like that, she didn’t even cared. I don’t know if any other customer before me had the same issue. I didn’t made a big deal about it because I work in customer service and it happened to me too (a wrong price tag) but i try to solve the problem not just leaving it like that.

I haven't caught the employees names, but I come here VERY VERY often, and can recognize the employees if I see them. Every time we come here it's always a pleasure. Your employees are always so funny and polite. They always ask if I need help and they always have funny conversations. I wish I could catch their names because I love them all so much 🙂 I only really go for septum piercings and random junk but hey impulse is impulse!!!

I love the store. I also appreciate that they let me hang out when it's too cold to be outside when I have to wait for the bus for school. They have a lot of items for everyone. It's sort of like for the Rock and roller and geek boi all rolled into one. It is fun to hang out there and they're really friendly. So many Deadpool stuff. I love it. They also have these Rock t-shirts and they have all kinds of things for any kind of party you're having. They're great on Halloween and their Christmas items are amazing. I truly love their fortnite items. I'm hoping that they'll soon start getting some my hero Academia stuff but considering that's a kids show; I doubt it. Still I love the Rick and Morty stuff and horror movie items Galore.

While I like coming here for your typical pop culture merchandise. From Rick and Morty to that band shirt that you wear that you have no idea if they came from the 80s or 90s. It's a pretty fun store one thing I hate is the "Promos" or "clearance deals" they have mark up a shirt for 24$ and have the other shirt be a dollar. Give the consumer a break man we know the difference between a deal and Mark up.

I like every spencers for their pins and swag but im not sure this is the place to go. I would go to the spencer at the Ventura mall instead of here becuase the employees (3) were going nuts and didnt even know i walked in. I didnt even brother to walk around with screaming laddies(employees)laughing when an costumer walks in and doesnt greet them or notice them.

Man their t-shirt's are of the hook.And so much cool stuff great deals and the single staff member gets a 5 star review from me.
