I was so cheerfully and politely greeted by Lily as soon as I walked in the store!!! She also was very sweet on my way out! And Kaylie not only helped me find the perfect coffee mug for myself but when I thought the mug I wanted for my friend was gone she looked through the shelves so diligently and found the exact one I was looking for!!!! She was so cool and sweet!!! And the cashier was super awesome and patient when he had to wait for me to find my card! He was also very careful with my mugs!! I feel so bad for not asking his name because he even returned my phone to me after I left it at the register!! They were all so fantastic and absolutely awesome, I will definitely be coming back soon!!! I need more mugs lol

I went into the store to do a return on 1/12 around 5:15. I didn’t have the receipt because it was a gift. The manager that processed the return was very rude. She told me she was going to get flagged for the return because I didn’t have the receipt and the district manager was going to yell at her for doing the return. She made me feel guilty for doing the return. At first she told me she couldn’t process the return without a receipt, but I had already looked at the return policy online so I knew the policy. I now have a giftcard for the store that will not be used because I will never go back into the store after being treated that way.

Cashiers are extremely rude and disrespectful. One kept harassing me that I didn’t know how to clean the jewelry I bought from there. She kept insisting that I didn’t know the right piercing etiquette and even stared at me for a minute without handing me the receipt until I asked her for it. The jewelry wasn’t even for me so maybe teach your employees to mind their own business and just sell the product like y’all were hired to do so.

My daughter was looking for some new graphic tees and we went in there to just look around. Of course, they had some inappropriate (not something you want a teen running around in), but they also had PLENTY of other selections for her to choose from, too. The cashier was so helpful on the sale they had going on and my girl was able to get 6 new shirts at a GREAT price. Shirts from Scream (her favorite horror movie) to Edward from Twilight and several music artist she likes that are age appropriate all the way to more adult censored shirts that I got a good laugh at. This store has stuff for a lot of people, you just need to find your section in it and you will be able to walk away with a good deal on shirts.

Got a sick Skeleton hoodie today. It was a little dusty and the cashier Sawyer, kindly lint rolled it for me. Best cashier ever, glad i was able to rock a non dusty hoodie after purchase.

a friend and I showed up asking just about a million questions and the sweet person named sawyer there was so patient and amazing to us, truly appreciated the customer service and sawyer deserves a raise fr.

Staff is pretty nice.. Most of the time the Store itself looks good, but you can tell the employees are underpaid and overworked as most of the time you can see people just take t-shirts off the shelf and toss them back on all raggedy looking. Example Last night, there was this poor lad just endlessly folding a trump wall full of t-shirts. But, when I walked in he greeted me real nicely and let me know the cool sales and deals.
