Called the store today in regards of a broken charger for a newly purchased vibrator and the employee on the phone was very helpful in finding the correct cable and friendly enough to give it to me free of charge! Needless to say customer service is a 10/10! Definitely will be coming back again and recommending this location to others.

I bought a piece of lingerie from here and it broke when I went to try it on the next day. I contacted the store for a replacement (because it was $85) and they said there is nothing they can do about it and to contact the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer and they sent me back to the store. They don't back the products they sell which are obviously cheap and overpriced. I don't recommend this store.

The team was super welcoming and discrete. I felt totally comfortable shopping here and they have a great selection of toys along with shoes and clothing too. Definitely will be returning!

Really great products at good prices. The staff are super helpful. When they didn’t have a style in my size, she went out of her way to bring me a selection which I ended up purchasing from.
