Best Inn & Suites Buena Park

Share same impressions as other guests already added. Can't beat the price for location and amenities provided. Yes, the room might need a little fix up but I was not bothered. Everything worked as it should. The highlights are the staff being sniper friendly and the location to Knotts. I was wondering about the gym room. But, hey! 15k steps can be easily done outside. Will definitely go again soon, next summer.

Excellent choice if going to Knotts Berry Farm! The manager was so accommodating, when I asked if I could leave me vehicle on the hotel grounds, prior to check in, so I could walk to knotts, he kindly responded yes. Across from Walgreens and a 5 minute walk to Knotts. Shower was hot, bed comfortable, with microwave, mini fridge ad TV. The room heater also worked well. I will stay here again on my next visit.

This place was exactly what me and my family needed! We stayed the night here before Knotts Scary Farm and were able to quickly and easily walk to the park. The rooms were clean (not the best pillows and the walls a bit scuffed but it was alright) plus microwave and fridge, quiet room even though it's on a busy street, free parking, lots of stores nearby for quick bites to eat. They even have a pool but I didn't have time to use it. Can't complain about the spot and I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are pretty beat up, but they get the job done. It's good enough. The staff was super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to accommodate me and my guests. With how close they are to Knott's and how great their pricing is compared to other comparable hotels nearby, I will definitely be back.

Nice place for the money. It's an older motel but the room was very clean and everything worked properly. The proximity to Knott's Berry Farm is probably the best thing about this motel. Very easy walk to the park. I would recommend for anyone trying to save some money.

Very bad experience. The hotel staff behaved like spies, watching us all the time instead of respecting guests’ privacy. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. The toilet was already clogged, and instead of fixing the problem, they accused us of causing it, which was very disrespectful. The attitude of the staff was aggressive, unfair, and felt discriminatory. Overall, the service was terrible, the behavior was unacceptable, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Make sure you video or photograph the entire room/bathroom upon entry. Look for mold each day you are there. Make sure you have one of those devices to find cameras in the room. And upon check out, keep someone in the room as you take your stuff out. Otherwise you will be locked out at least 30 minutes before check out and they will not let you back in. And will keep whatever you left behind and say there was nothing when they when in to clean. They are thieves. They stole my expensive Joedan Stay Loyal 3, White Game Royal Black men's size 7 shoes in excellent condition. Lying thieves!!!!!
