i came here 2 times but the fondest worked evening (09/13) he’s very rude, very crazy. I don’t know who hired he to work there.

That grumpy old guy isn't there anymore. There's a really cool dude around the weekends. It's super chill Nice atmosphere, great prices, and occasionally, some really cute girls.

04.29.23 - Visited last night. Steven at desk again, always polite and professional. Always a handful of people to greet you and make your night fun. Selection is good and you can turn down what you don't want. Again, booths were clean as always. Only wish was one bench to be wider for better comfort. I always say You don't know unless you go. Check this place out!! ********************************Took my wife to entertain the customers and it was a fun time. Store staff I believe was Steve and Chris. Both very polite and helpful. Viewing boothes are clean and well kept. Store has great novelty selections and restrooms were clean. Overall a nice establishment.

The new desk staff are friendly and respectful. I’m glad they made some staffing changes. I know the men’s bathroom is always an issue but I’d still like to see paper towels made available. It’s also good to see the guys wearing masks. Thank you. Good job!

Came in to enjoy the store with my husband and just walking in the guy at the counter is rude about the arcade. Got done inside and just before leaving, wanted to smoke a cigarette before getting in the car. Just at three minutes, the same guy calls over the intercom in the parking lot and tells us we have to leave. Don't waste your money here, I'd give them a zero rating if possible. Never coming back!

They are so annoying asking people to stay in the booths. Don’t waste your money and time at this place. The store is full of rude signs that contaminates the atmosphere visually. They want everybody inside the booths. They are posting pictures of people for not following "their rules".

UPDATE::REDHEAD NO LONGER WORKS THERE 🤗 CHANGING Rating! Where do I even start. Redhead. During day. Rude as ever. I understand that with this position, You have to be direct and forward. However your main job is customer service! Explain the rules and guidelines. Let people kno about the warning light and intercom when time is up. 1st time there and nothing was explained. The dude screamed at me and made us leave. He made me leave my phone in my car so in order go pur had more tokens, I had to use my phone to enable my card... he refused my $ and said I have warned u enough, LEAVE!!!! I really wish management would read these reviews and see he is very disliked in this community. Hes a ticking time bomb with an anger that will not help you're business AT ALL. You are def losing money because of him!!!!
