Greyhound: Bus Station

Filthy bus station, prison style toilets in the restrooms with little to no security present. I have brought my daughter here 3 times in the last 6 months, and I do not feel comfortable leaving her here alone. The monitors on the wall do not have any bus information on them, and they display and have displayed the wrong time (not even close 8 hrs and 15 mins slow) for 6+ months. How are the monitors not used for communicating bus arrivals/departures in 2026?

One of the worst places I have ever encountered. The surrounding area felt extremely unsafe, with a large number of homeless individuals in the vicinity. There were frequent disturbances, including people shouting, and individuals openly selling drugs, which made the environment very uncomfortable. The staff at Greyhound were also disappointing. They were impolite, rude, and highly unprofessional for the type of service they provide. There was a noticeable lack of support for seniors and for people who did not speak their language. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and poorly managed.

Better than some of the bus stations. Restrooms needs cleanliness.. Good thing is that we could see it has good 24 hrs surveillance from the cops. The shops are a great help for the long route travellers. Sometimes the information counter is deserted which has to checked as it will be very difficult for the passengers..

🤮 poor management, poor customer service, many of the doors are pretty dirty and need to be cleaned. Disrespectful staff. It or they were quite insulting, literally, not just figuratively. Upper management was told and informed and nothing ever happened or was communicated for weeks. It's sad and dangerous when you have to rely on nearby law enforcement for better customer service and resolution. Never want to go there again. You don't need to be in line at the ticketing station, if you already bought your tickets online. Despite an ill-informed and brash command by an inexperienced and unqualified person at the desk, who was not supposed to be there at the front, handling customers. Way too many biases there on that team, including management, to run effectively and efficiently.

The bathrooms are kept clean There are chargers stations Homeless services avaliable There are also stores to buy food and snacks as well.

I booked my son ticket for the wrong day tried to change it and they charged me a 122$ cancellation fee that’s not the problem thou.. there was a agent at this location willing to change my sons ticket for 20$ cash under the table but as we all know everybody has apple wallet these days so my son spent 21 hours stranded at this bus station he asked the police and other passengers for help nobody would help him I would’ve went to the atm and helped so fast but nobody here would

This place doesn’t have food at all after maybe 6:30-7pm being a bus terminal. I have been here a couple of times and all I find is broken pop vending machine and shady people.. Their seats are also broken and Have hardly any clean washroom that works Someone should pay high attention to his place. This place needs a major improvement for public to use/visit. I never expect this from a bus station 2 star because of a 30 min wifi that I’m glad works and a charging spot usually taken over by random people who aren’t even Going to board a bus .
