Adventure of the Seas

I find ridiculous having to purchase bottle waters at the bars and bring them to the room because the suit room refrigerator will be empty. Many inconvenient drink packages. Outdated rusty ship. Service is average. I miss MSC. They give you way more for way less. Update 7/4/25: now my fiancee contracted covid on the ship. Medical visit is $255 plus meds. We shared the elevator up and down with another 10 people. All together, not good. They had a spectacular ice scatting show though.

My review is strictly about Adventure of the Seas Cruise Ship out of Galveston, Tx. (3-23-22). I took a 5 day cruise out of Galveston Tx with stops in Progresso, Mx and Cozumel, Mx. The ship itself is very beautiful and easy to get around. It's not like the larger cruise ships which can be very overwhelming. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for no more than 2 people. The beds were not comfortable which isn't too surprising. Most importantly to me was the food which was excellent at both the Windjammer buffet and Dining Room. The pizzeria was great, probably the best of any cruise I've been on. I had a special dinner at Chops Grill which was superb. Most of my time was spent relaxing, so I never made it to any shows which was not a big deal to me. Service was beyond excellent!! I will certainly continue cruising with Royal Caribbean.

Hello everyone! I went on this boat last year as a family trip. It was an amazing experience! I really recommend this boat for anyone with young children. There are many attractions for young ages, such as the kids club, rock climbing, the basketball court, two pools, a splash zone, and ice skating! For kids 12-19 there’s a teens club. We stopped at three different locations over a weeks span. These include, Nassau, Horseshoe Bay, and Coco Cay. The staff was always so friendly, and they were always there to help. Their energy was always amazing. The food was also good! There are many different drink options as well if you get the drink package. I made a lot of friends on this cruise. They offered a lot of daytime activities which allowed you do meet many new people. This was a great experience, and I really hope to come back again.

For my first cruise in 20+ years, this was a ton of fun. My wife and I enjoyed the experience immensely. A tremendous crew that were nothing but helpful (especially Ryan who maintained our cabin). Only nitpick would be that there aren’t a lot of free activities to pursue beyond swimming, the shows and some of the dining options. More pools would be fantastic.

It’s really a nice ship, it is slightly outdated though. Even after the renovations it looks a bit older but what can you expect. They did a great job with the renovations, the slide and the pool deck everything is great! The staff was so kind.

Very family friendly ship. Great food and entertainment options. Large arcade for the kiddies. Features include Flow Rider, water slides, mini golf, rock climbing wall, and Broadway style shows. Plus, Adventure has it's own ice skating rink. Not only can you attend an ice show, but you can rent skates and go ice skating at sea. Plus, VOOM is the fastest internet at sea!

Very well run ship with good food and entertainment for everyone. Enjoyed our 6 night cruise and all the efforts by the staff to make it a special trip. Thank you to those that work tirelessly day in and day out for each passenger.
