Carnival Cruise Port Jacksonville, FL

Easy to access the parking area. Security was well set up making it easy to go through. The ramp getting onto the ship was a little more walking than I've experienced to other ports but for people that had accessibility problems they would use a scooter or a wheelchair to get those people up to get onto the ship. My embarkation time was 11:30 to 12:00 noon. I arrived there about 15 minutes early. And I was actually on the ship right at 11:30. As long as you have your documentation you need all set and ready to go it's an easy process to get through embarkation at Carnival cruise port in Jacksonville.

Easy to get there. Easy to navigate lots of people to help with bags. Everyone should take a cruise at least once in there life.

Great experience during embarkation and deboarding. Getting into port there was no wait and minimal traffic. From the time that we were dropped off to the time we were on board enjoying ourselves maybe 15 minutes had passed. Deboarding took a bit longer but not by much.

I would take this same cruise again. The staff was phenomenal; always making you feel first class. The food was great, the destinations were amazing and the people were fun. Can't wait to go back.

The port has a long line but moves really well. Please use the paid parking that the cruise line is on, unless you want your car stolen or broken into.

If you like smaller ships and easy parking this port is for you. Keep in mind boarding is a bit of a hike if you are physically challenged but debarkation is all downhill😉🛳️

The experience was good if you’re a vegan I think it’s best for you to go to the restaurant every day. That’s dinner lunch breakfast other than that you’ll be eating the french fries. Also don’t believe the hype about all the craziness. It was pretty cool. They are pretty strict about kids being in their room at a certain time and it is a $500 fee but other than that being profile by Custom Agents the trip was good.
