Universal Orlando Resort

If you enjoy spending a ton of cash for no reason and being unhappy then this is the place to go. We finally were able to save up enough money to go to universal ($1000 CAD by the way for family of four) just for admission. There is hardly any really amazing rides, the park is 90% shops. With that said many of the rides were closed or delayed. Biggest reason we went was for my two kids and they were only able to go on two small rides cause the rest were closed. The staff was very unfriendly and one staff member especially at the Spider-Man ride was rude when we asked about a bathroom for our friend’s little son. We went into the Dr Seuss area and the ride that takes you above the entire kids area smelled horrible like someone had urinated and was extremely dirty. Everything is faded and run down. And again many rides closed. We bought two orders of fries and paid $12 for basically 25 fries total. Sadly now that I’m reading other reviews it’s too late but I hope I can save another family the trouble of wasting their hard earned money. We are very sad about this experience and even though I didn’t expect it to be Disney level it’s a shame that a corporation that just released their 2025 Q4 earnings at $2.839 BILLION can’t get their crap together and actually offer a good product. If you’re visiting the area here’s a tip….go to gator land and you will have way better time.

A Timeless Favorite — Universal Studios Orlando I’ve been visiting Universal Studios Orlando since 2006, and somehow I love it more every single time I go. The park has an amazing blend of nostalgia and excitement — from timeless classics like the E.T. Adventure to the incredible rides in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Universal has a way of making every visit feel special. The atmosphere, the attractions, and the immersive worlds they’ve created keep it at the top of my list as one of the best theme parks out there. No matter how many times I return, it never loses its magic. Always worth the trip!

Visited in July 2025 and had a fantastic time. Visited Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe, and enjoyed all three parks. We stayed onsite at the Stella Nova (see separate review) and ate at several in-park restaurants (also reviewed). As an avid Harry Potter fan, each area of the park has attractions from Wizarding World. The other rides are just as fun.

* highly recommend downloading the universal app as the wait times and map are easy to navigate and great information to have on hand* ** I would also recommend purchasing lightning tickets for at least one day or if there is a credit card sign up where you get lightning tickets if you were preapproved would recommend doing that as well** We had a blast going to every ride. Every staff member we spoke with was a very nice knowledgeable. The food was good. I don’t recommend getting pretzels or anything towards the end of the night. The pretzel cheese was not very good either we signed up for the cups, where you activate them and you get free Freestyle, Coca-Cola products all day, which was a great deal! Every thing was very immersive, and the themes were absolutely incredible. All of their roller coasters were super fun. They had a ride for a kids of all ages! We can’t wait to come back

Epic universe was the favorite park for my group and I. We loved the large roller coasters, and many of the experiences. The Untrainable Dragon is a really cool show for all ages; our group of 5 adults enjoyed watching it. I was thrilled to find delicious and different vegan options easily at all three parks, thank you! The staff at the parks was also extremely helpful at directing me towards other vegan options around the park.

All the parks in universal resort are incredible. Universal Studios, Islands of adventure and Epic Universe. They might be a little bit pricey, but definitely worth it. For those who don't want to wait long queues, there's the possibility of buying an express pass for each park. I personally favour rhe most Islands of adventure. Hope you enjoy them aswell

Fun fun fun place. Staff always friendly and well informed as well as helpful. Love the attractions and entertainment. Nice sit down resturants but seems pricey.
