Gene Coulin Park on Lake Washington is an extensive park with a multitude of facilities! Sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, large children's play ground, many picnic tables and grills set upon grass under the trees. They have a sand beach with swimming, boat launches, burger shack, Ivar's Seafood Bar, many tables under a long cover on the waters edge. There is also Bird Island with a board walk around it. There are many interpretive signs explaining the history of Bird Island and how it has been restored to help the juvenile salmon. Altogether, a wonderful park with something for everyone!!

Wonderful park where you can even watch the planes from the sea fair weekend. Parking is tight though. When we came, there were multiple barbecue areas still empty yet the parking lot was very full so parking is tight. There is a load and unload area though which is convenient. I’m playground for all ages

It was a quiet day at the park, but so nice. The views there are beautiful and plenty of parking. I just missed the colorful trees of fall.
