Latourette Park

LaTourette Park is a fantastic escape right in the middle of Staten Island! 🌳 The trails are beautiful and well-marked—perfect for a peaceful walk, jog, or light hike through the woods. We spotted deer and lots of birds. The restrooms near the golf course entrance are clean and usually open.

Very nice place. It's a great park to hangout with Family and Friends. The views are great of this park. This place is very quiet and peaceful. It is also a accessible park. Also you can take your pets for a walk.

This park is huge with so many trails! It isn't manicured like Central or Prospect Parks, but it has a lot of space to walk and enjoy nature. They also have a Nature Center with parking so you can get an idea of the how the park is set up and there are a lot of educational aspects that will show you the importance of the park. You can start any of the trails from various spots around the park.

Beautiful nature trail/walking path/bike trail. You can follow the main paved/stone paths or take the foot/bike trails through the woods. Great for family walks, walking the dog or getting your steps in. There's no trash cans, so take out what you bring in.

Beautiful, peaceful, maintained, walk in the forest and its many trails is much needed relaxation that's available right next to you home

Its like taking a walk in the countryside. I wish there were more places to sit. I noticed a few boulders that people might be able to rest on, and a bench on the golf course.

Very well taken care of trails for the most part, and well marked if you're looking. One section of the trail is closed which makes one of the loops impossible, make sure you ask the nature centure which one. You will not be allowed inside, however, if you have a dog.
