Bernie and all the other guys are always good with communication. They never have missed my orders & I’ve been going for a few months now with a couple projects every month or so. The quality of the inkjet is good. I think they have good pricing for where they are situated and the type of services they offer. With the discount for students it’s pretty average prices. Compared to Luster where they are so rude, I’d take the trip to LTI any day.

Just wanted to express my appreciation. LTI is a top-notch professional lab who is also a great resource for photographers of all interests and levels. Their handling of prints and negatives is impeccable and in the many years of using them I have had nothing but positive experiences. They are my go-to and are an important resource that elevates and supports my work.

They do superb work!! I went in to get my film developed and they did it in 2 days- and for a really great price! I will most certainly be back.

I am in New York for only a few days and didn’t realize they were closed on the weekend. They were very nice and able to process my film for pickup later in the day. Also, very fair prices and they seem to know their stuff. Will be my go to developer if I need to develop film in New York.

Been sitting on a disposable camera for almost a year and finally decided to get them developed! Stopped by LTI and everything was so easy. Pricing is reasonable — I got prints, digital and negatives within 2 days and I believe it ended up being around $20. All the pictures looked great. Thank you!

First time customer developing/scanning 4 rolls of 35mm film and LTI did a great job. The photo quality is gorgeous, big enough to blow up into a full print. I got a Wetransfer link right when they promised (a day and a half later) and everything was reasonably priced. I also noticed they had Portra there for purchase if you’re in a pinch, need it asap. Will be coming back!

Great people, great service, great quality and one of the last labs in NYC. Even when I worked in photography in the 80's and NYC had hundreds of labs, LTI would have ranked 5 stars. Thank you Bernie and Justin for all you do for me. It is appreciated.
