Found this place online, and went in to get my Passport Photo taken and it was absolutely painless, quick and so professional. The Team was helpful, and very much do a great job in setting you up for a GOOD passport photo - which I feel like is a rarity. $25 for the process, and was in and out in less than 10min.

I’ve been here twice. I’ve rebooked, but something came up in my schedule, and I had to cancel multiple times. First time, I was serviced by ViKTORiiA. She did an amazing job. Second and most recent time, I was serviced by Gugush. She also did an amazing job. My feet and toes were in bad shape. I felt bad that she had to work on them, but she worked hard, and my feet look brand new! I’m super grateful to her. Note: While servicing me, Gugush dropped a tool onto the floor. Instead of using it again, she opened a fresh package and used a new tool. I’m only saying this because I’ve seen other service providers reuse tools they’ve dropped without sanitizing them. That’s a huge no! Just highlighting that they care about cleanliness and sanitation here.

Fantastic experience! I needed passport photos and first went to FedEx, but the result was terrible. Then I found this studio online and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. In less than 10 minutes, I had my photo in hand, and it looked great! The person at the front desk was kind, professional, and super attentive. The whole place feels high quality and efficient. Highly recommend if you want passport photos done right and fast!

The staff is friendly. However, the interactive screen that assists in choosing and editing your photos is not in service. I had to just email them my pictures, and they were printed with no editing at all. Also, the store is extremely pricey. Frames and prints are very expensive. However, since the store is a boutique shop in the middle of Rockefeller Center you might expect that.

The customer service here is elite! Dropped off some film from a disposable camera to be developed. The guy who runs this spot is very knowledgeable and happy to help with anything you need. Definitely recommend this shop.
