This location typically has only a select few video games for sale in stock. On multiple visits, they had only 5 PS5 games and around 10 Xbox games to choose from. Everything is marked up substantially compared to the competition like Walmart or Amazon. They do offer a price match, but you would literally need to price match everything at Best Buy, which takes too much time. You're better off going to the competition at the already lower price. It's unfortunate because Best Buy fills a specific shopping niche like Toys R Us once did. If Best Buy does not pick up their slack, Best Buy will be another business that fails and does not have a direct successor. Ideas for Best Buy: Expand the toy section substantially (half of the store) to become a new version of Toys R Us, add in used games and systems like a Game Stop/Vintage stock, and offer physical media (Blu-ray/4k) online only like Target. Norman location, please just ensure your inventory is stocked up. Let's make Best Buy great again!

Was just browsing and killing time. The employees were nice and bathrooms were clean. However the kid on the fork lift driving around the sales floor was a bit wreakless and didn't have anyone guiding him. Not very safe and a little sketchy for BB.

Great experience picking up my new iPhone and AirPods. Service was quick, staff were friendly, and everything was ready when I arrived. The store layout is consistent and easy to navigate, just what you expect from Best Buy. Always a smooth, reliable experience — I’ll definitely shop here again.

Like many Best Buy locations there were plenty of employees available. At the time that I went, around lunch time, it wasn't very busy at all. So there were a lot of employees just walking around chasing amongst themselves. It took at least 5 minutes for me to be approached after I basically made a bee line to look at a new phone. Then I was passed off but the lady that did end up helping me was very nice and assisted me with what I needed to know. The store looked clean and tidy.

Vultures! I was in to buy a keyboard and a few accessories and within five minutes of being in the store I had 7-8 different associates hunt me down asking if I needed anything and even a few come back around and ask again within minutes. They are stalkers and it’s was a very annoying atmosphere to shop in. I’ll buy online from now on.

Good location to shop and they got what I needed fast. I would recommend this particular location to anyone needing good service and getting what you want fast and with good customer service.

In October 2025, I bought an LG Washer and Dryer, model numbers WT8600CB & DLEX8600BE, for $2,605.21 with an extended warranty through Best Buy. We had an issue with the washer bin rusting or rust coming into the bin. I inspected and tested our water system, and it was fine. Then I switched to different detergents, and I still have the same issue. Called Best Buy, they told me this will fall under the manufacturer's warranty. Best Buy gave me LG's number. I called them, and they told me this is a cosmetic issue and not covered under warranty. I told LG this washer has no cosmetic damage, but the inside bin is rusted, and they still said it's not a warranty issue and transferred me to Best Buy, who said the same thing. Best Buy offered to send out a service advisor, for which I paid $99.00 plus tax, to come out and see if we caused the issue or if it should be under the manufacturer's warranty. Im very disappointed in Best Buy. To say this is a cosmetic issue is like saying you buy a new car and the paint starts rusting. Is that the fault of the purchaser or the manufacturer? Did the purchaser cause the rust? How do they determine what cosmetic damage to the finish of the material? I will not give up or roll over; I will post and share this all over social media with pictures and video until they do the right thing!!!!! FYI, this set is only 90 days old. Purchased Oct 2025 today is January 27, 2026
