Moler's Audio Visual

I chose this local business hoping to support small, community-based services—but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I entrusted Moler’s Audio Visual with irreplaceable vintage and antique photos and slides to copy. I was told it would take about two weeks which was reasonable. Today was SIX weeks, no reprints, so I went to pick up my originals to take them somewhere else and not even a basic apology for the delay. There was zero communication throughout the process and no timeline updates even after I called at the THREE week mark. These items are of deep personal value, and the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this business with anything important.

I've gotten my cameras cleaned and repaired here, bought film and gotten it developed, and gotten photos printed. They did a fantastic job on all of it. Highly recommended.
