Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Eugene

This is a place I like to frequent with my kids, my fiancé, and my nephews. There is such a great variety of games to choose from, so everyone always finds something they enjoy. One of my favorite parts is the huge selection of claw machines — I’m starting quite the collection of plushies because every time I come here, I’m guaranteed to win at least one. The claw machines actually work well, which makes it even more fun. Overall, it’s a great place for family time and we always have a blast coming here.

Round1 at Valley River Center is such a fun spot to hang out. The bowling lanes are great, and the pool tables are always in good shape for a quick game with friends. I’ve also spent some time in the arcade, and honestly, the claw machines are actually fair—I’ve won prizes multiple times, which doesn’t always happen at other places. The whole place has a lively, fun vibe, and it’s perfect whether you’re there to bowl, play games, or just chill for a few hours.

Fun arcade games, expensive prices per game...Food definitely needs attention it was super disappointing. I dont get all the claw games and games in general being so expensive for the price you already pay just to play there. I do like the amount of pool tables there and the area for ping pong. The mixed drinks were fun.

It is honestly so sad how much it costs to play 3 maybe 4 arcade games for $30. And if you want to play a two person game with someone you might as well take out a personal loan. This place is a joke and low key a scam. Your better off going to a different arcade down town. Because at least the other arcades its around $1 for each game which should be the standard. Seriously dont waste your money.

Never, ever again and especially 10/10 DO NOT recommend hosting any group event here! Not only is the staff disrespectful, but maybe even a little racist. They basically just like robbing people of their money to play, eat and drink because prices are outrageous. For as much as you pay to have a good time at this place you’d expect some decent customer service. Not hateful service that was in fact racially directed. All in all horrible place if you want both good service and a fun time.

100% recommend for just having family fun and the new Japanese music for karaoke chefs kiss! Amazing figure collection as well!

While they have any amazing selection of games and a huge amount of claw machines. They are over priced at $3 a game or claw machine. The staff is meh, they aren’t really helpful. One reeked like an ash tray. This was a leaning experience for us. We will not be back and will drive all the way to Dave and Busters.
