Avalon Events Center

I honestly can't thank Leah at the Avalon Event Center enough!!! She is the wedding planner that helped my husband and I tie the knot on a cold day in January. We had both our ceremony and reception in the Roosevelt Ballroom. It was a small gathering with about 30 guests. She helped with everything from decorations, set-up, time line of events and dinner, to helping us with decisions to make our dream wedding perfect. And perfect it was! She truly puts her heart into her job and it shows! The food, cake, and atmosphere was everything we dreamed of and couldn't be happier. We truly will look back on our wedding as one of the best days of our lives and we have the Avalon and Leah to thank for that!♡♡♡ Thank you Leah. You truly know and love your job and my new husband and I are beyond grateful for your expertise. Cheers to you and your team at The Avalon!

I attended an event here a few days ago, and the place actually surprised me in a good way. The venue was clean and pretty spacious, and the lighting setup made everything feel a bit more special without being too flashy. The staff helped guide folks around, which made things run smoother than I expected. Sound quality was decent too—could hear everything without that weird echo you get in some halls. Parking was okay, not perfect, but manageable. Overall it’s a nice spot for gatherings, and I’d definitely consider coming back if another event pops up here.

The event space is beautiful and the food was delicious! It was also nice that there is a wedding ceremony and reception spot for both in the same place. Leah, the main wedding coordinator was great when we toured the place and for the most part leading up to our wedding. There were a several times when I had to texted her to get a response for a few emails that I had sent weeks prior. Then, the day of our wedding we had to search for her several times to help us with set up questions, it felt like we could never find her. Then after our ceremony she gave a tour of the venue during our reception, which was very unprofessional and she ensured up before we booked the venue that, that would never happen. It took over 2 months to get our refund check which included several emails, texts and continued to have errors where the check was not made out to the right person. I’m glad we got married there, but there is definitely some things I would have changed or addressed had we’d known before hand.

The venue is very nice but definitely I appreciate Leah's hard work. She did an amazing job decorating and making sure everything was perfect. She is so nice and helpful coordinating everything the day of the wedding so I didn't have to worry about anything. She was patient and helpful, great to work with. I was beyond happy with all her vision and creativity while decorating the venue for me. It was perfect, Leah is AWESOME! I am beyond grateful for all the help to make my wedding day the best day ever!

We went to see Rick Springfield. The venue made it a great experience. I don't there is a bad seat in the house. Although we had special seats. We will definitely go to a event there again.

It's hard to imagine many other venues in the country that can compete with the Avalon. We had our wedding there last year and we were beyond impressed. My favorite part is that the facility is ready to go. That means less time and money spent on decorating. We took that extra cost savings and put it towards the band Front Fenders. And I will say that was the best idea. Having a band was the thing my whole family was talking about the next day. How fun it was. Our goal with our wedding was to make 100 percent of the time about us and about enjoying ourselves. Which means hopefully no distractions. At the Avalon that is exactly what happened. The food, service and facility was turn key and operating with ease so we could just have fun. I have also, hosted business events at the Avalon's smaller spaces and would highly recommend.

This event center is elegant and a modern space for events. I've been here for multiple things like conferences, fundraisers, and recognition employee events. I like how spacious it is. The service goes above and above. Thanks for a beautiful space for events and the business you offer to the community.
