We've been here before but not during dinner. We (2 of us) made reservations for 6:30p on a Saturday. We showed up 10 min early and we got sat right away. Loved the pianist playing - definitely set a dinner mood. We saw two big groups (like 8+ for each) and a few smaller ones. We got drinks and apps ordered right away. We didn't mind the longer wait for ordering our mains (Saturday, dinner, larger groups before us). Overall we had a fantastic experience - food was great, drinks were strong, and our server (Katrina) gave great suggestions! We plan to come back and try more on the menu.
A very eclectic place that tries very hard to be everything and it's not really definite. The service was friendly and attentive but slow. The prices are very reasonable especially for Downtown Fargo and that's a plus. I enjoyed my arugula salad. The cheese curds were over seasoned with what tasted like taco seasoning. Highlights: fresh ingredients, friendly service, good prices. Not sure what this place going for but it's very new so probably just trying stuff out. I feel perplexed but not totally disappointed. I probably will return.
My husband and I visited Nova for breakfast on a Monday morning and we had a wonderful experience. We had coffee, coffee cake and the muesli and really enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed. There were just a couple other people dining so it was nice and quiet. Our server was very sweet, stopped by to fill coffees and waters at just the right times. Loved this as a breakfast stop and hope to be back for lunch or dinner soon.
It was my boyfriend and I’s first time coming here, and we’ll definitely coming back. Service was phenomenal. Our server was honest, informative, and attentive when we ate here. The food was amazing, unique, and flavorful. My boyfriend and I were discussing how the dishes were actually made with love when it comes to the portion and flavor. The place was very thought through with the details they have from the outside to its dish. I was very impressed coming here. I highly recommend!
Super cool atmosphere unlike other restaurants. Certainly a bit ecclectic with a menu to match. Lots of different options for every taste pallette. We were here for Valentines Day 2026 for an early dinner. It wasn't packed full and super busy. The wait staff was on top of their game and took great care of us. We both had the Chicken Cordon Bleu and enjoyed every bite. It was filing enough that we had no room for dessert, but they sounded super tasty. Special thanks to Katrina for being amazing and getting us in for a reservation. You truly took an uncertain night and made it great. Thank you for being awesome! Highly recommend checking this place out. Prices were on-par with other restaurants and the food was great.
Went for dinner. It was a slow evening so we felt special by the extra attentive service. Cocktails and wine menu was full of standard and unique beverages. The old fashioned was okay. Had a half dozen raw oysters. They were delicious but I found pieces of shell in the oyster in almost all of them. Had the queen cut prime rib. Little overdone for medium but it was delicious too. Sides are meant to share and were good too. Decor is eclectic and artsy. Music was a little loud at points. It was a fun new spot to try. Probably not high on the revisit list though.
Had an absolutely delicious brunch here, from the beignets to the prime rib sandwich, the food was top rate (5 stars). The atmosphere is kitschy in the right way, and the waitress explained to us that they crowdsourced supplies (like the drinking glasses and plates). Service was welcoming, accommodating and very friendly - the only hiccup was that it was really quite slow … so if you have time for a leisurely breakfast/lunch, this is a superb spot in downtown Fargo.
