Extremely rude and horrible service. Do not use the coat check. My friend and I went here tonight and as soon as we walked in a man greeted us by saying "when are you going to get off your phones" and "when are you going to stop moving so much?" But we ended up having a decent time and forgetting about the employees. At the end of the night my friend and I went to the coat check to get my coat and no one was around. My friend walked in the closet and looked to see if anyone was there when a man came storming in from behind us, pushed us back, and said "this isn't a serve yourself!" Then he would not give me my jacket. It was the same man that had taken my jacket earlier and did not give me any sort of ticket, and had clearly recognized me from earlier in the night. I had never been here before so I wasn't sure how the system works, but at the end of the night the man insulted me, and told me I had to wait a half hour until he would give my jacket to me (which meant I wouldn't make my bus or be able to go home). I left without my jacket and had to walk home in the chilly weather while wearing a small dress. Absolutely terrible service here, never been more disrespected in my life. The actual dancing is fun and the DJ was good, but the employees need to learn some customer service skills.

NOT A GAY BAR DESPITE THE FLAGS AND THE FLYERS. THEY ARE LIARS. Honestly a horrible experience. My girlfriend and I went there and when we were walking in we saw some people we saw at pride leave, which was weird and should have been a red flag. We walked in and they asked if we were from pride which we were, so we got a "discount" 15 dollars a person. Drinks were cheap, but tasted cheap too. It was filled with bad EDM music on the patio and the dance floor. Set up is nice. Oh, also, it smelled like weed the entire time and people were vaping inside. A baaaad experience. My girlfriend and I left after about 30 minutes. Would not recommend and wouldn't want anyone else to waste their money thinking this is a "gay" bar. There were also straight men there, which whatever, but they were hitting on lesbians and making fun of gay people and how they were dressed. Awful awful awful!

Great place, great staff! My friends and I always like to head here on the weekends. They always have a theme or some kind of party or college night. You can always get drinks quickly. I am so upset that they are closing soon! I would definitely recommend visiting this place before it is gone.

I went to this bar for my son for college night. As far as I can state it was full of young college girls and a few college guys. Basically, it was a bunch of kids in a bar dancing and having a good time. However, being a mother, I just was not having a good time watching kids my kids age, acting the way they were. The bar setup and dance floor are nicely put together, I felt it a little pricey on the drinks. Also, as far as the drinks go, I felt they were watered down. After almost 4 mixed drinks, I really was not feeling anything and my husband even requested better liquor over the house liquor!

Not worth the money or time at all, I had fun with my friend and the moment we both got very tired and just needed to step away from everyone real quick, I wasn't allowed back in because I wasn't over 21 in which I'm 20, the reason they told me was because since I'm under 21 I have to pay again to come back in and all we did was step outside for 10mins. It's very rude how they have there establishment set up. It's very unbelievable they try to suck up all the money they can from everyone under 21, I would not be going back again because I don't like getting ripped off.

Love the new owners! The events are always packed, Plus every Tuesday The Dollz of the District perform their hearts out. Perfect place to go on every night of the week! Plus my Favorite Bartender is Steve aka Lady Rose Amore.

Dj on Thursday's doesn't play good music imo, some of the employees are snobbish for no reason. The man at the door is nice but some of the other staff just seem miserable. Open stage was okay, karaoke night had a miserable dj who openly mocked people singing. My gay friend says it's the worse gay bar in Pittsburgh. Honestly you're better off looking into places in shadyside if you want good music and staff that are polite.
