Executive Adult Superstore and Theater

I was there a few weeks ago during the day a little after lunch, it was my first time visiting the theater. The store side was organized and the person working at the time seemed nice. The theater from.where I sat was as clean as one could hope for. Can't wait to visit again.

This place is the greatest place to feel comfortable and relaxed. The clerks are very accommodating and eagerly assist in making the experience pleasant and enjoyable! The service and selection make this place a true superstore! Keep bringing the outstanding atmosphere and incredible quality of your business to our community!

Too expensive. $10 to get in..... they should be setting it at $5. That way people would not stay in the parking lot to play. (Which is what they are doing). Be smart. Having 20 people coming in at $5 each, makes it a $100 which is better than having 5 people coming in paying $10. And the more crowded it is known for, the higher your revenue will be and STEADY. I purchased a product that is defective on November 5th. I returned on November 11th due to my work schedule with the receipt, and they are telling me that they can't refund or exchange. Are you serious? I use my military discount, and the same employee is working. This is ridiculous. Now, I want my money refunded. How do you expect to make a profit and sell defective products. If I could rate them even less, I would. You can clearly tell that the product was barely used.

Great visit. Great customer service. Clerk helped w merchandise and explained how the theater activities carried on. Met some really nice fellas around noon time. They immediately identified a "non local" and broke me in. Compared to many other similar stores, it was clean safe and well managed.

Stopped in tonight to get some supplies and Michael was awesome!!! He was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. To management: you got a winner with Michael - hang on to him!!!

10:20-1030 pm Man, i cannot I believe the conversation that the people that work there were having. Wow, Sexuall education is very important, However I do not want to hear 2 clerks having a conversation about the people that Walk in and out of this establishment. I was completely uncomfortable and I did not want to buy anything when usually I do. What people do Is their business. It completely unprofessional when customers feel uneasy during their shopping experience.
