Loop Bar and Lounge Raleigh

This place definitely lives up to the hype. The atmosphere is everything — great music, beautiful crowd, and the energy stays high all night. The drinks are strong and well-made, and the bartenders are quick even when the bar is packed. What really stood out was the vibe. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, dancing, laughing, and just enjoying the night. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re out with friends, celebrating something, or just want to let loose after a long week. Josh the store manager is amazing, as a gay black man I feel so welcomed and comfortable in this space. If you’re looking for a bar/lounge with good music, good drinks, and a fun crowd, this spot is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back.

Loop has a great atmosphere, very diverse, high energy, the drinks are reasonable and staff are very nice . Josh the manager is awesome. He makes sure everyone is satisfied 10/10 would definitely recommend

They say one time could be a mistake, but many times is a pattern. I read on Google reviews that one person got charged a large party 20% surcharge even though they were by themselves. The same thing happened to me last night, and this was on top of paying a $15 cover charge to get in (and you don't even get a drink voucher for the cover!). Taking advantage of your Black patrons, especially from self-proclaimed Black-owned business is a scammy practice. This type of stuff should be reported as a General Consumer Complaint to the State/City. I will never visit this place again. The owner has already responded once that they've "retrained staff", clearly that wasn't received. Imagine how many hundreds of dollars they scrape (steal) from Black people over time in operation. In response to the owners response: it would take no time to create another SKU titled "Forced Gratuity" which is something that other bars in Raleigh do not do.

Just not a good place to feel comfortable and secure. We ordered so much food.. but they didn’t have bags to place our containers of food. So carrying food in boxes is inexceptable. We had 5 white containers of food. And have to carry it out. But we should have been able to have a bag! Thennnn the bathroom was out of order so we had to go to the club next door to use the bathroom. Don’t go here!!! Not sophisticated or worth your money!!! So many things were wrong. Go somewhere with at 4.8 or better!!

We arrived at this establishment at 10 pm, ordered drinks, and had a seat. One hour later, a staff member who lacks basic emotional intelligence abruptly told us that we had to move. When asked why, we were told "because they (pointing to others who entered) are going to sit here. We asked why we were being treated so rudely and asked for a manager, who was just as negligent and lacked appropriate customer service skills as the first person. There were no other available seats to move to. There were no reserved signs on display. If this is how customers are treated at Loop, I can guarantee that I will never patronize or encourage anyone else to do so.

The staff here truly knows their stuff when it comes to beer. Not only were they knowledgeable about the brews they offered, but they were also enthusiastic about sharing recommendations based on my preferences. Their passion for craft beer was evident in every interaction, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I particularly enjoyed trying the craft beer drink in loop bar which was beautifully brewed with distinct flavors and a perfect balance. The atmosphere of the place was relaxed and welcoming and making it a great spot to unwind and savor some unique brews. I'll definitely be returning to try more of their exceptional offerings
