3 out of 4 of my friends who are all 21+ got into the bar, and one of the bouncers decided to be extremely unreasonable. we mentioned how the situation sucked, and when i asked why one of us was kicked out, he said they were too drunk. mind you, this was the least drunk person out of all of us. then he tried to fight us. it was weird. i think he was extra upset because my friend was handsome and he was not.

The Village is hands down the best spot to be on the weekend! The atmosphere is always lively, the music hits just right, and the crowd is the perfect mix of friendly and fun. Whether you’re looking to dance, grab drinks with friends, or just vibe and people-watch, The Village never disappoints. The bartenders are quick, super personable, and always make sure you’re having a good time. Every weekend feels like an event great energy, great drinks, and great bartenders. If you’re trying to figure out where to go out this weekend, don’t even think twice, The Village is the place to be!

I had a genuinely distressing experience at The Village. I lost my phone inside the venue and became separated from my friends. When I tried to get help from security after stepping outside, I was refused re-entry, even though I explained I had no phone, no way to contact my friends, and nowhere to go. Instead of offering any support or basic compassion, the bouncer told me to leave and threatened me with arrest if I didn’t. I was left crying and stranded outside, alone and vulnerable. Regardless of policies, there should be a duty of care for patrons’ safety — especially in situations like this. The complete lack of empathy and escalation to threats was shocking. I would not recommend this venue to anyone who expects even minimal support from staff in an emergency situation.

Had an amazing time As always last weekend! Got to see Waka Flaka perform, and that wasn’t the only famous person I’ve seen there. Guy fieri was there one time and it was amazing, the bartenders took care of us, guy fieri had his awesome shirt. There was plenty of room to hang with my friends. It’s always a lit and safe time. Hope to see guy Fieri again soon!

Attended the waka flocka event…..paid $50 to be beat by random men in the crowd while "security" stood 5 feet away and watched. The information provided on the website and social media pages said that his performance was supposed to begin at 10pm. We stayed until 12:45am with no sign of a performance starting any time soon. We arrived at 9:15…..so after almost 4 hours of literal hell on earth we left. Throughout the night the DJ kept making announcements that were hard to hear….but got the crowd excited (ya know since it was hours past the time we all expected a performance). Each time he would slow the music down and yell into the mic then turn the music back up a fist fight would break out in the crowd. I watched multiple people get hit in the face, have drinks poured on them, get shoved to the ground etc. Security did nothing. I would not recommend attending any event in this space…..it’s very clear they only care about taking your money without ensuring safety of their guest. When we requested refunds to go along with our bruises and cuts received in the uncontrolled crowd we got smartass comments from their "management"…very unprofessional.

Went to an event here for Waka Flaka. Got let into the VIP section by someone who I assumed was a planner or coordinator, next thing I know a bouncer is yelling at me to get out. I told him someone just let me and my three friends in and he decides to start pushing. I tell him to stop putting his hands on me and next thing you know he's pushing me on the floor and pushing me out to the front. If you ever go to this location, film the bouncers for litigation sake. No one should ever lay hands on you without cause. The managers need to watch out for this hotheaded bouncer because they will be the cause of their next law suit.

When the last (4th) member of our group tried to enter, they would not let them in. We tried to ask why, but they would not elaborate. Most nights I would have accepted that, but this was clear discrimination as he was our designated driver. This employee was clearly trying to prevent a certain type of person from entering.
