Today was my first time back after about a year and I will never go back. Not only did I have a hard time finding parking, but the men's locker room was a complete wet mess. Not to mention, someone was BAREFOOT on the stairmasters STINKING up the entire gym. Please have more respect for other fellow gym members.

Parking is horrendous. It’s always packed half naked teenagers to have naked. Mothers machines are outdated older than me. Sanna sometimes works last time. I tried to park in the parking lot. Two dudes were hooking up in the car next to me is gym is outrageous.

Strong club that has weathered the storms of life. This business made it through the COVID pandemic. Excellent staff, clean gym, and current technology are the norm here. It’s definitely worth having a membership.

Coach Katt is honestly the best. I stayed consistently coming in Jan 2025. She's the reason I keep coming back from VTL to PUMP. She has my best interest in mind for my health goals I'm trying to reach. I would have gave up a long time ago if it wasn't for her!!

I truly value my experience at In-Shape, both at the Floyd Avenue and McHenry locations. It all began when a friend encouraged me to try a different type of class—an introduction that led me to meet a trainer named Katt. Since then, my fitness journey has transformed. As of September 2024, I’ve lost 30 pounds and now regularly attend Katt’s VTL class Monday through Friday at the Floyd Avenue location, as well as her Body Pump class on Sundays. What I’ve come to realize is that this journey is about more than just the number on the scale. It’s about finding a supportive, motivating community—and that’s exactly what I’ve discovered in Katt’s classes at In-Shape.

Great gym! Facilities are always clean, staff is friendly, and equipment isn’t broken down. Love coming here!

Ya the Indian girl that is at the fitness center is very bad service. I was told to o show the member id to check in . I could overhear what she said she said that she didn't want to check me in. Poor service I'm going to complained to the manager about her adatude.
