Too hot inside. Not enough of oxygen, not enough of real weigh machines and even benches. Not enough of light. Too tight. Too dirty in restrooms. This location is super overcrowded. Personnel are nice. Lot of parking spaces on the back. Even for semi trucks with trailers. Very weak black members spa area. Too small and too dark

The PF in Santa Paula is very nice and clean. Staff is good and membership is very cheap. Although it gets a little crowded, I've never had an issue finding a machine. The perks of the Black Card Membership are awesome and for the price! Can't get any better.

One of the better Planet Fitness locations I have been to. The staff are super friendly. I have had multiple sessions with Richard and he is very knowledgeable and has been a big help on my fitness journey. He is so kind and funny, every session is enjoyable. If anyone is in need of personal training I recommend him.

I expect a hot, sustained shower when I get there. The hot water stops part way through a hair wash, and NO water PRESSURE to feel the water. Miserable experience - twice! Mentioned it each time. Not sure I want to take another chance.

It’s so clean! The equipment is new so that’s nice. I LOVE the two bike machines - similar to peloton. Everyone truly does wipe down the equipment after use. I like that the cleaning stations are everywhere. Nice gym!

I was a member for one year at the Oxnard location. My membership was cancelled after the payment of my yearly fee, which was not reimbursed. Apparently, Linda was eavesdropping in my conversation, as she usually does. She tries to become your friend, when all you want to do is go about your business. She's supposed to be watching the front desk and cleaning. Marlene is also very unfriendly. They need to hire a staff that does their job, and not worry about what the customers are discussing. The money was a loss, not the membership. I stated the condition of the gym on Yelp. It is the worst gym I have ever been to.

It's my 3rd PF location visit. I usually go to the Burbank location and once went to the Lancaster location. Oxnard is the smallest of them. There are​ at least 2 machines that they don't have that the other two have and only 2 stair machines (4 at Lancaster and 6 at Burbank). Locker room is way smaller but everything seems clean and well maintained. The black card spa has 2 massage chairs, two hydro beds, three tanning booths and one body enhancement booth. I don't know how busy it usually gets here but at the time I was there (3am) there were 3 or 4 people working out. Much less than I'm used to see at Burbank. What bothered me most is that none of the other members bothered to wipe down the equipment after they're​ done. Also, I haven't noticed any signs asking to do so. They left the machines wet with sweat and moved on.
