iCRYO Cryotherapy + iV Therapy + EMSculpt NEO + Red Light Therapy

I’ve started to include iCRYO in my wellness routine this year and it’s been an amazing addition! I took a month off from going consistently and I could already tell a difference. Which proves to me how much my body accepts it! I love getting the following services: infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and the IV infusions. I haven’t tried everything just yet but 100% plan to! I highly recommend trying this place out! The nursing staff are super friendly and helpful and patient and the wellness staff are welcoming and kind!

I consider myself to be a cardio junkie/weekend warrior. So when I had to recover from all my ailments after a long week of running, etc, I decided to to try out cryotherapy at Icryo. Not only did I love the experience the first time, but the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly and showed me everything else Icryo had to offer. From compression therapy, to Infrared sauna therapy, red light therapy and now Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, which I must say is a complete game changer!!! They also have IV stuff, which will soon be on the list of things to try. So If you’ve been thinking about your health and wellness, but not sure what to do about it, go check out everything Icryo has to offer. You’ll thank me later!💪💪

Kayla gave me a wonderful tour before I embarked on my first cryo chamber session. Yes, it was cold. But there was music blasting, and I really enjoyed it. Afterwards, I felt my chronic back pain decrease, and I slept well for the first time in a long while.

Gabrielle was excellent! She was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. And she didn't complain at all even though we came in less than hour before closing. She even gave us a tour of the facilities and services.

Have to say 2 thumbs up. The staff is amazing and helpful. Did the float bed red light therapy and cryo .They did a walk through with Me explaining everything about their equipment and their process. The cryotherapy was amazing !Walked out feeling energized and happy.Thank you I will be back to choose member package. Thank you all.

iCRYO is an absolute gem! Despite being an out-of-state visitor from Maryland, I've found my go-to wellness destination. The services are exceptional, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and energized after every visit. Bob, the owner, runs a top-notch facility with a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Special mention to Gabi, their outstanding RN, who provides excellent care. The entire team's expertise and personable approach make each treatment a wonderful experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and more 'alive.' Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking premium cryotherapy and wellness services! PS, if you would have asked me a few months ago I would have said these services were a joke but NAD+ has truly been life changing.
