Loved my 30 minute sauna sesh!! The space feels like it’s nestled in the mountains, the sauna is gorgeous, plenty of room for two, and the sauna room was just lovely. I enjoyed playing music over the bluetooth as well. It went by too fast! Can’t wait for next time.

I love my infrared sauna time at Sweat Sesh! It’s located inside Summit Holistic Healing, which is such a beautiful and welcoming space to walk into. You’re always greeted with warmth, care, and a clean, uplifting environment. Every visit gives me a chance to reconnect with myself and I leave feeling peaceful, grounded, and refreshed. I highly recommend visiting Sweat Sesh for the infrared sauna or even trying the cold plunge. You won’t regret it!

This is my absolute favorite self-care spot in Winston Salem! The facility is clean, warm, welcoming, and relaxing. I really enjoy having my own room to myself for the duration of the session. I love a cold plunge + infrared sauna combo and can honestly say it's helped my sciatic pain, inflammation, nerve pain, anxiety, depression, and sleep. I also haven't gotten sick with all these germs flying around and chalk it up to this elite combo! Support this small local business♥️

I booked a session at Sweat Sesh with my sister this past week, & it was such a relaxing experience. I definitely got a full detox & feel amazing! After I worked up a sweat for 30 minutes, I jumped in the shower & chose to keep it on cold for the true hot/cold experience. Sweat sesh offers everything you need in order to have an amazing experience. I highly recommend & can’t wait for my next session!

I LOVE this place. It's beautiful, clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The time slots are open and flexible and it's just such a wonderful experience. I'm new to infrared sauna, and it's now the highlight of my week...I feel like a new person after each session. Definitely check this place out if you haven't already! They have shorter sessions if you want to just test it out, and lots of different packages available if you decide it's for you. So thankful for this place.

Sweat Sesh is a gem with friendly staff, fully private facilities, and easy parking downtown. The cold plunge package is totally affordable, and the cold plunges themselves have helped tremendously with my clinical depression. They also have helped me lose 10lbs in a matter of weeks! I can’t overstate what a wonderful resource it is to have here in town! 🩵
