Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Corpus Christi

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I want to Thank Martha, Maria and Pablo were doing an excellent job keeping my room clean. I give them five stars for the excellent work that they do every day

Stayed for 2 nights it went well but when it came to the day of checking out they charged my card with missing items and I asked to speak to manager and they couldn’t do that. They had no evidence and no camera footage but went with the word of the cleaning lady. I don’t see it fare that guests have to pay for missing items the housekeeping didn’t actually leave in the room.

booked a stay for march 7 as my daughter was supposed to play in portland but due to severe weather that tournament canceled. i tried to change dates at the hotel will not return my request or email me back! horrible customer service i will make sure none of the out of town teams stay at this hotel

The entire floor was dirty like it hadn't been moped in a week. The bottom of my feet were black from walking around barefoot. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and a damped wash cloth on shower curtain that was on the first night. I called the front desk and informed them of the dirty floor and other stuff. She apologized and ensured me that the floor would be moved. I returned later night to discover that I tmit was not. Unused a damped wash cloth to detail floor and turned black when I finished cleaning floor. To me that just unacceptable and I could feel the dirt in the floor underneath my feet. You would expect the floor to be clean at least. I left Christmas morning early for a family gathering and wasn't able to inform the office.

The hotel is run down and nothing like the pictures. The continental breakfast consists of waffles and bread. We had a charger go missing while we went out for breakfast because of the lack of food provided for our continental breakfast and the lady at the service desk was no help at all.

I like the hotel. I’m a pilot car and never know when we are leaving, so unfortunately we check out and then come back that afternoon. It’s ridiculous to pay $60 deposit three nights in a roll. When they recognize you each time you check back in and even if they don’t remember you they can see on the computer. I’m a diamond member, my credit card is linked to my account so I don’t think we should have to do a deposit, let alone three times in a row.

Mitzy is amazing. My brother and I travel for work and have stayed at many motels/hotels. Mitzy accommodated us and made us feel welcomed and helped us with the entire run through of our stay. She was very much appreciated.
