lululemon

I am so proud of how amazing our Hsv Lulu is. Everyone has always been so kind to me and my family. They make the shopping experience fun and keep us looking forward to our next visit. My late husband adored this store and I buried him in his favorite Lulu set- the ABC joggers and most softest hoodie. I will especially note that Drake, Lauren, Lily, and Leah have always been so helpful. A smile and kindness go such a long way. Thank you for being you.

Eryn was fantastic ! She helped me find the perfect pants to wear when referring basketball. She was knowledgeable and I didn’t even have to order anything, they had the item in store. Highly recommend her if you stop in! Jessica was also fantastic when checking out. She set up a profile for me to make sure I had all my purchases store in case I need to come back.

Lululemon in Tuscaloosa is a convenient and welcoming destination for high-quality athletic apparel. The store carries a solid selection of Lululemon’s popular yoga, running, and lifestyle pieces, including leggings, tops, hoodies, and accessories. While the inventory is more limited than at larger flagship locations, it still offers enough variety to satisfy most shoppers. The shopping experience is enhanced by friendly and knowledgeable staff who assist with sizing, styling, and product questions without being pushy. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making it pleasant to browse whether you’re buying for yourself or picking out a gift.

This is one of the best Lululemon stores that I have visited. The employees here are very friendly and always willing to help. I will say this store isn’t the largest Lululemon I’ve been too. It they usually have a good amount of inventory. If they don’t have something you’re looking for, they will gladly check for items or sizes that are not currently on the floor. They have mobile devices to scan the QR code on the clothing tag. It will then show them if they have inventory in store; at a store nearby or online. If they don’t have it, they will place the order for you along with fast free shipping. Orders normally ship via FedEx and deliver quickly. Of course the shopping bags your items come with are awesome. They are very versatile and I usually repurpose them for other things like taking to the pool or on the boat. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay and can email receipts.

This particular lululemon is placed in a good location and the store has a good presence; however, the service here is very poor. Not one of the employees greeted me when I entered the store, nor did anyone ask me if I needed any assistance (even once I made eye contact). On a good note, Cade checked me out and he was very friendly and helpful. If I weren’t in desperate need for the product I purchased, I would not have purchased anything here.

Had the BEST Lululemon experience today. Truly 10/10 customer service! Sloan, Madelyn, & Craig were just awesome and so helpful! They took such great care it felt like a VIP experience! Lululemon is expensive but the quality of the clothing and the top notch customer service is what gets my repeat business!

They gave me the wrong item when I called to tell them they said the item I ordered was out of stock why didn’t I just get a refund and an email saying that after I ordered but instead your going to send me an item that wasn’t what I paid for on top of that it was a day late don’t order from the online store just go to the store in person smh
