What a great place! 8 volleyball nets, corn hole, plenty of covered space and comfortable seating. Fun music, great vibe. They have a simple bar that has bottled drinks (with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices), and a few house cocktails as well as a simple menu. Prices are reasonable, we had the street tacos- delicious. Sports up on the big screen TVs. Manuel was manning the bar- he was friendly and gave us great service… best evening out we’ve had in a while. They have league play for both volleyball and corn hole as well as pick up games… and ladies, for an outdoor venue, they even had decent bathrooms!

We had an awesome team building event with our organization Ensign / Keystone North. We played volleyball and had a cheer competition. Of course The Villages of Dallas won the trophy. It was clean and the bathroom were as well. Nice place to visit not to mention a bar. It was fun. If you looking to work and have fun. The Villages of Dallas. Ask for me

This place is amazing! So clean and really accommodating & personable staff! I reserved 2 courts and a cabana for my large social group, Black Millennials of Dallas. Scott, the manager was very responsive and professional. They welcomed our large group with open arms. We had such a great time and we will definitely be back. Everyone had so much fun! Thank you all for having us!

Great place for a sand volleyball. $5/person entry free and enjoy the court as long as you want. The sand is deep, clean and of a hight quality, generous lighting so you can keep playing up until midnight and even longer. They’ve got food, drinks and decent prices. Joshua was great to talk to, definitely a place to spend some high quality time.

This place has ten of the softest and deepest sand volleyball courts in the dfw area. Lots of leagues happen here (check out Black Rabbit Volleyball and Keen of the Beach online - their organizers Tim and Ang respectively are awesome people), but sometimes there are open courts for pickup play ($5 entry fee).

Great place to play beach volleyball plenty or courts that are well maintained. There are hoses that can be used to water the sand in the summer when it get very hot. The restroom are super clean and as an added bonus there are outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. There also a bar with reasonable prices on water and sport drinks. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to play or practice beach volleyball.

The volleyball league here is toxic. Plus this place does not allow you to bring your own water even though there are other bars/club sports venues that allow athletes to bring their own water. Management should vet the leagues they host and realize that allowing outside water would encourage new athletes/customers to come which would boost business instead of trying to nickel and dime their way to profit. Pretty venue tho so one extra star
