My stay at the motel was overall okay. The room was normal and met the basic expectations—nothing too special, but comfortable enough for the night. What really stood out during my visit was the security on the property. I met Agent Hernandez while he was doing his routine patrol, and I jokingly told him to keep an eye on me and my car. He took that seriously in the best way possible. Throughout the night, he continued to check on my vehicle and made sure everything stayed safe. Before I left the motel, I let him know how much I appreciated his professionalism and dedication. His presence definitely made my stay feel more secure.
My stay at Motel 6 was great. The room was comfortable and everything went smoothly during my visit. What really stood out was the security. I had a conversation with Regional Director Agent Hernandez, and he went above and beyond the entire night. He kept an eye on my car, made sure everything was safe, and provided outstanding service. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
This place is a joke. Rooms were gross, always missing something, had to bring in our own t.v because there wasn't one. A friend of ours t.v didn't work because there was no cable, and spoke to the manager and she said they didn't have an extra one. The maps only do the bare minimum when cleaning... Under our bed was drug paraphernalia. They told us see several times they would bring sheets back and didn't, and when we would go to the office to get sheets, we were told no, that we have to get them from the maids, same thing with toilet paper. They weren't allowed to give us those. While Alexis was there, she was getting things done the right way, but when she left it's gone so far down hill, that there were 2 hit and runs and the security just sat in their car. The night shift sneaks people into rooms and then trys to rent them out. And the over night girl will knock on your door asking for cigarettes and then turn you down for toilet paper. This place seriously needs some new management and staff, instead of hiring relatives of the manager! Don't waste your time here.
Door lock didn’t work. Mold in bathroom. Floors were disgusting and felt slimy. Room was 86 degrees when we got there. Parking lot not cleared of ice. Homeless people walking around. Luckily only stayed there for a night but we felt so gross staying there. Will not stay there again.
Horrible. 1st room had an odor, 2nd room had mold and were so dirty. We decided upon walking into the room it was a no for staying the night. The front desk lady said she would issue me a refund if I have Priceline call her. Called Priceline and Priceline calls and they didn't approve the refund. The front desk lady said the room was clean. This hotel is disgusting, the front desk is smoking in the first room next to the hotel, looks like a ton of sketchy people on drugs.
Absolutely not. Awful. Horrendous. Disgusting. From the moment we checked in, everything was as bad as it could be. The concierge (if she can be called that) didn’t even know somebody was supposed to be checking in. We walk into our room and it is disgusting. There is years of dust and grime buildup in the wall AC unit. The toilet didn’t flush, there were holes all over the room, and somebody had kicked in the bathroom door because part of the interior door jam was shattered and missing When we went to get a new room from the front desk she sent us to a room that already had somebody in it. When we went back down to tell her, she described the man exactly and said "oh nobody is supposed to be in there." Just a sketchy and nasty and horrific place.
The place is really affordable and I enjoyed my stay there the rooms are new and modern also there security team are top notch they go as supreme intelligence investigation look very good and professional I can say agent Hernandez is one of the best guys I’ve met I seen him kick out a lot of unauthorized people from there and that made me feel really safe.
