Great little get away! Roads are confusing especially in the RV lot. Beautiful scenery. There were tiny frogs everywhere, and a place for Buffalo to roam. This is a great place to bring children to educate on wildlife.

My favorite campground in the Des Moines area. Great trails and we like to go see the elk and bison. Fairly decent amount of RV spots available. Lots of tent camping areas. Has a nature center.

Enjoyed the trails, pet friendly and friendly neighbors.

It's a fun place to go & have friends come camping too.. It has an electric & water at sites now, I do wish it had full hookups would make it even better. Still had a good time

Some nice upgrades in park and camping areas. Showers/restrooms really need taken care of! Not cleaned regularly, showers Really need cleaned and updated! Trees into campsites and roadway need trimmed to prevent damage to tops of rigs.

Large clean campground with plenty of trees. Lots of hiking trails.
