Almost Heaven RV Resort

We just wrapped up a wonderful trip and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The park truly lives up to its name — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country scenery. The spots are spacious and easy to access, and the hookups worked perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help or just share a friendly chat. You can tell they take great pride in keeping the park spotless and comfortable. It’s close to everything in New Braunfels — the river, Gruene, and all the great restaurants — yet it still feels quiet and relaxing. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway spot with great hospitality and a laid-back atmosphere, Almost Heaven RV Park is it! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our first RV visit to an adult-only resort. We found this privately-owned gem to be peaceful, relaxing and well-designed. The owners David and Yvonne were a delight to meet. I enjoyed our conversations. Unlike other new parks, the owners forbid to have the trees leveled during the building process. Instead, they built the park around all the beautiful shade trees. So nice. Kudos to the shaded, fenced dog park and the brand new pool. We will be back.

We traveled to New Braunfels to spend Christmas with our family. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there in the past 2 years. The new pool and pool area and pickle ball court are impressive. We will be staying with you again. Thanks for your hospitality!!

This is a well maintained RV park with electrical hook up for 30 and 50 watt rigs. Showers are available for residents to use as well as an indoor games area with a pool table. Very peaceful atmosphere as it is way off the IH 35 corridor.

One of NB hidden gems. They have an amazing pool and even sell fresh eggs! They have local deer that come to the park and eat every night. When we are back in the area, we will defiantly stay there again!

My husband and I checked all parks in the New Braunfels area and chose Almost Heaven for the atmosphere and the "true" hill country adventure. The trees, the quietness, and the views!! The amenities are definitely a bonus! Dog parks, Pickle Ball court, nice pool, superior internet, and excellent rec room with tons of activities! Not to mention the wonderful clean bathroom facilities. We reside here full time and could not be happier! With a park of 84 spots and still completing esthetics to make the park perfect it is very difficult to please each and every person all the time, but David and Yvonne give it there bet! I have recommended this park to all of our friends and family. I urge you to give Almost Heaven a visit.

This RV park clean and well maintained. Owners are friendly and very accommodating. People were all pleasant to meet. The pickleball court was great and the addition of the swimming pool was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location with regard to access to New Braunfels as well as Canyon Lake.
