Encore Breezy Hill

Location is good. Met some really nice people. Lots of friendly Canadians so bring your French/English dictionary or use a Translation app to communicate. The Park seems to have a lot of activities organized by the snow birds with music by the pool area. Bravo Supermarket across the street (very pricey) but also close to Publix, Walmart, and restaurants etc. Uber, Lyft, Walmart grocery (much cheaper), Grubhub, are also available. All delivery services are used and the park does not thankfully charge a delivery fee because your package is delivered to your site. It is best to put your phone number in the Gate Code field to ensure your package is delivered because Site numbers are VERY hard to see/find. Most folks put their address and site number on the front of their RV for the delivery person to see. Please put a garbage pail in the women's restroom to dispose of feminine items or other trash. Lots of washers and dryers so never a wait. Laundry app is available. Vehicles, service delivery trucks, and year round residents drive WAY TOO FAST with no regard for people walking, riding bikes, or kids playing. Yes, FL plate drivers, this pertains to most of you driving through the park. Speed bumps ARE NEEDED to slow these people down!!! Mentioned to a maintenance worker who basically shrugged his shoulders and said the park won't do anything about it. Enjoy your stay and safe travels!

Close to groceries and a quick drive to the beach but honestly why even go there when you've got every amenity under the sun at this place! The sites are well kept & the park is gated. In the winter months the place fills up with Canadian snowbirds who create a magical atmosphere full of live music & dinner parties along with a social calendar bursting with lovely events like dance classes, poker, pool, various outdoor game tournaments (they literally have every game you can think of), bingo nights, etc. The atmosphere has always felt quite safe & peaceful. The front desk staff and maintenance team is courteous and always ready to help. The manager there is a class act and you can tell he really cares about the community.

I want to say a special thank to the direction of the Breezy Hill! On the night of December the 25th, our electric power breaks down! We didn’t have anymore electricity and in less than 3 hours, the company came at 8:30 in the night to fix everything! Thank you so very much! We appreciate a lot! Denis Bouchard lot 285

I highly recommend Breezy Hill Resort to anyone who is looking for a place to put there RV. This is the best place, hands down, out of all the other RV Parks in this are and the whole South Florida area! Whether it's a weekend getaway or a 5 to 6 month stay (like I experienced), you will not be disappointed! The staff there is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and caring to not only myself, but anyone that I've seen them interact with. Ashleigh and the other gentleman (apologies for forgetting his name at the moment) at the front desk, these two people in particular are amazing at what they do! I have been going through a rough time living alone and being separated from my wife and kids this passed year. Anytime I have seen or spoken to them, they are always polite, go up and beyond their jobs customer service wise, always smiling, and are in a positive mood! The manager George and assistant manager Gail are also great employees. Let's not forget about there great maintenance staff! Who you can tell they truly care about their jobs because how well maintained the park is kept! This is a great team who care about there community and their tenants! Breezy Hill RV resort is under the management of George, which is an amazing manager of the property. The upkeep is amazing it’s clean. The pool is always clean the bathrooms. The landscaping is done very nice. The entire park is very beautiful if anyone is lucky enough to stay here make sure you’re nice to George and Reggie two great guys without them. The park would not be what it is today I refer all my friends from Canada and all over the country to come and stay here

I went there last week to get a site for 4 months. I have a small RV of 23 feet. And I have a 16 feet pontoon boat. They told me they don't accept boats. I counted at least 50 empty sites too. I saw many different trailers of every kind.

Location is great and atmosphere is great, but maneuvering can be tricky with little to no room for error. Public transportation is easily accessible.
