I go for facials every other month at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. Nicole is fantastic! She is incredibly talented and very knowledgeable about products. I have very sensitive skin and she takes extra care to ensure I don’t have any reactions. She also provides a wonderful massage. I highly recommend her.

I have never gotten a massage before but I booked for a 50 minute massage and added on a scalp massage and they booked me with Mydori and she did an amazing job! I felt so comfortable the entire time i was there. Everything was clean and smelled nice, I am not a germaphobe but I really value cleanliness and she washed her hands multiple times without me asking her to which made me feel really comfortable. I also gently noted to them that I have a nut allergy and have had a couple injuries and that I am very migraine prone and they went above and beyond to accommodate without having to remind them. Mydori also checked in multiple times to ensure that I was comfortable and that the pressure was good. Even the bed was heated! They also took their time booking me on the phone and answered my million questions respectfully and kindly. I am now sitting in my car writing this review and I can still smell the lavender from the aromatherapy. This was an amazing experience, next time I will try the facial. Thank you hand and stone, thank you Mydori, you guys made my day!

Lovely experience! Sophia was very nice and helpful explaining the process as it was my first facial. Did an amazing job, left with my skin glowing and very relaxed. Would recommend and book again with Sophia.

I like to start off by saying the establishment is very clean and organized and the staff is friendly. However I think most would agree its the service that it is most important at least to me. I also like to mention i had facials by other estheticians and had a great experience. However I had a microbrasion facial done by Lauren at the wolf road location and during the service by my forehead area she removed a significant amount of hair this to me is unacceptable error and extremly upsetting. Customers are going in to relax look and feel better when they come out not to be missing a chunk of hair and feeling terrible. I dont know if she was having a off day or is not properly trained on how to do that serice but there is just no excuse as far as im concerned. I did bring it up to management who said they were going to adress it but I wanted to make patrons aware of my experience. After that I will never go back again recommend asking for Deb for facials if you are planning to join or get servces there.

I got done a classic facial with a hydrating upgrade at the Albany location. Megan performed the service and did an excellent job! She answered any questions that I had and even made suggestions for skin care. I left with my face feeling so clean and hydrated, probably the best it has felt in awhile! Definitely recommend this service if you get very dry skin in winter and booking with Megan.

I can't say that I am into massages , but after today Thank You Kyle. He listened and delivered. He was not to rough just the right amount of pressure. He made me feel comfortable and interacted as again it's not something I do and did feel a little awkward. I had tension in my shoulders and I left feeling a lot better. Thank you for the enjoyable experience 😊

Stay away. Got a gift card for Valentine’s Day. Booked an appointment right away for today (a week later), had to enter in my gift card number and payment. Got an email asking me to fill out my paperwork for my upcoming appointment. Filled it out. Called ahead (these spas are over an hour from where I live and I happened to be in the area today so booking it today was intentional to confirm if my appointment was told I didn’t have an appointment. I explained I booked online and got the email to fill out the paperwork for my upcoming appointment and filled it out to just be told "well there’s nothing in your profile for an appointment" "sometimes when people book online they miss a step" how did I miss a step if I was sent the paperwork for the appointment. Then to be told an appointment can be made over the phone. I waited a week for this appointment and live an hour away, booked it because I would be in the area today. My husband is in contact attempting to get a refund on the gift card. Poor service. Try fixing your online system or don’t offer one at all and don’t make excuses for your system putting it on "the customer must have missed a step" I’ve never had a massage before this was supposed to be my first and I probably will never get one now.
