Hands down absolutely the most beautiful spa I’ve visited to date. As a world traveller and seeker of luxury spa experiences I was highly impressed with the aesthetic, atmosphere and exquisite level of professionalism Green Reed offered. I booked a hydrofacial with Cassie who was amazing, very well versed in her knowledge of skincare and even put my mind at ease about red light therapy on my skin type. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the deep tissue massage I had booked as well due to the therapist calling out the day of however if I’m back in Albuquerque in my travels I’ll be sure to return.
Purchased a 90 minute deep tissue and haircut for myself and a 60 minute massage and pedicure for my wife. Gratuity is automatically included at 20% of your services. Cost for everything was 625$. You can use the amenities (hot tub, steam, sauna) for two hours before your services. Customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and professional. My only complaint is the deep tissue massage. It was the most expensive service but I would not consider it a deep tissue at all. The pressure was very light. He asked me what area I wanted him to focus on. I said lower back and hips, he spent about 80% of the massage on my shoulders. I did mention to him during, that the pressure was light and the specific spot in my back I wanted worked on, it made no difference. If I had to rate the massage alone I’d give it 2 stars. The guy was nice, just not what I asked for. The rest of the people were great. And I would definitely come again for a men’s haircut with Melissa. She was great.
This is the actualization of self love and self care. I booked a facial and they were able to give me an appointment the very same morning I called, and I was welcomed warmly by Derek the minute I walked in and was assured that if I needed anything, I could have it. My service with Ann was wonderful and felt very personalized to my unique skin care needs, which I appreciated. The amenities afterward were perfect to continue my journey of relaxation, the cold plunge was especially nice since I had sunburned skin.
Terrible customer service. I called to cancel and reschedule. They didn’t have the services available the next weekend so I asked if I could call back to reschedule once I know a few days that would work. Today they say I never canceled and that they tried to get ahold of me. Blatant lies!
Had the best pedi EVER for my bday! Shannon is a rock star for dealing with my callus issue and i feel like a million bucks!
Booked a gel mani/pedi. Pedi was on a Saturday and mani was on a Sunday because they couldn’t get me in for both on the same day. Everything was good until later on Sunday night, about 4 hours after my mani which was at 4pm, the gel started to lift on several fingers. Also had some nails that were not completely covered by polish. I took photos and a video with date and time stamp. I emailed the resort regarding the issue and never hear back from anyone. As much as I paid for these services at a top rated spa I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service and attempting to reach out to me to rectify the situation. I will bot go back again.
I enjoyed a "balance custom" pedicure and I upgraded to gel polish and it was $115 with tax and gratuity. The physical menu and online menu is a bit misleading to what you actually get. It states a dip lavender paraffin wax($15). The tech used an alternative product she said is much better but it’s literally applied like a lotion- disappointing, not a big deal. The seat during service is not a pedicure chair. It’s a long bench, straight back with block cushions and pillows. The tech said the spa is planning on bringing in professional pedicure chairs soon. The bench area was nice looking but, not comfortable. A day pass to the spa is included in any service over $65 I could’ve spent time in shared hot tub it was my first time attending I didn’t plan accordingly and bring a swim suit. It was great to go 40 minutes early, relax in the co-ed lounge/relaxation area/outdoor patio with my husband until my service time. Free tea, water and coffee. He also sat in the empty seat next to me during my pedi- awesome accommodation. I left relaxed so it was worth it.
