I was looking for a place to get a massage closer to my new apartment. I was lucky enough to come across Natural Body spa and shop on 275 Commerce St. in Alpharetta, Georgia. I was also lucky enough to be assigned Nermin as my masseuse. He’s been in his practice for 20 years and you can tell. I feel very relaxed, renewed and pain-free. You can always tell when someone is just a masseuse or when they actually have healing hands and Norman is one of those lucky people. I would highly recommend Norman and the spa. I came here for the first time today and had a wonderful experience with Yekiya! From the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable. Yekiya was super attentive and listened to all of my skincare needs. My favorite part of the session was the neck and shoulder massage! I walked out of my session feeling very rejuvenated. I would come here again 🙂

I purchased the New Year Reset Package, which is advertised to include the services listed below. During my visit, I received a massage with oil and was served warm ginger tea. However, none of the other advertised services included in the New Year Reset Package were provided. I had also paid an additional $25 for a foot massage and scrub. This add-on was removed at checkout after the front desk associate realized I had not received the other components of the package. I did not place responsibility on my massage therapist and assumed the issue resulted from a breakdown in communication. When booking, I had noted that this appointment was intended as a day of relaxation on the anniversary of my father’s passing. Given the circumstances, I was disappointed by the lack of compassion during checkout and do not feel that removing the $25 add-on adequately addressed the issue, considering that most of the package services were not delivered. While checking out, I also overheard another front desk associate handling a separate issue from an unhappy customer. Based on my experience and what I observed, I am unlikely to return. I was lucky to get an appointment at the last minute, and I am so glad I did. Pierce was very attentive and gave me the best massage of my life! I have had many massages and have never been so relaxed that I’ve fallen asleep. Today I was knocked out! My skin was so soft from the oil and lotion. My muscles were relaxed and all tension was gone. Natural Body Spa is great at multiple locations. I prefer it over other popular spas.

This place is awesome! Taylor is beyond amazing and probably the best I have ever been to. She listens, doesn’t rush and helps you create a long term plan for great results. She is never trying to "sell you" anything or push expensive treatments and I trust her guidance. I have loved every procedure I have had done and will continue to come back.
