The massage therapists are great and they provide good massages. But the frontend desk or owner is not polite and friendly. I feel they dont care giving good customer service because they have customers flowing in so they dont value it. I have been here twice, I could have given 5 stars if front desk customer service could be better.

This was my first professional message and they definitely set the bar. I chose to get a full body message, but focus on my neck, shoulders, and back. They have a lot of specific options for you to choose from. The receptionist was fine and the lady I had, did what she had to do, she applied the right amount of pressure like chose. I fell asleep on the table, it was so good and much needed. Will definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing experience at Lehua Spa in Atlanta! The place is clean, relaxing, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional, and really know what they’re doing. My massage was perfect — just the right pressure, and I walked out feeling refreshed and pain-free. Highly recommend this spot if you want a quality massage and a peaceful environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place used to be the best place anywhere near Vinings for an inexpensive and excellent foot massage. But it has changed significantly. Price has doubled. The worst part is that it is very very noisy ....even during normal hours. Near closing time it's horrible. Over the years I've tried to suggest the staff not slam microwave doors, argue, laugh, etc in the "back", but to no avail. And as happened to another client, the last time I commented that the noise was awful she told me to just come earlier. The foot massage room is beautifully decorated and comfortable, but there is no emphasis on peace and quiet and calmness anymore. Loud talking and slamming doors, etc. is the norm now. It feels as though there's new management, but I'm only guessing.

5 stars! I got a back shoulder and neck massage. The lady was great and got lots of knots out of my back. She has the hands of an angel. Felt so great and relaxed.

I had a disappointing experience here today. When I get a massage, I want to experience deep relaxation and tranquility. I did not experience either of these things at this place for three reasons: 1) the room was very cold and the massage oil, which is sitting in the cold room, was cold as well. The lady apologized when she dripped freezing oil down my spine. With the cold room and cold oil, I was literally shivering for 90 minutes. 2) the masseuse had a runny nose and sniffled every few second the entire time, 3) they frequently make announcements in Chinese over some type of intercom system--who thought this would be a good idea in a spa where people are trying to relax? Consequently, I never could get comfortable. At the end, when I asked to speak with a manager, no manager was available. The front desk guy offered me a discount, which ended up being a measly $10, which I found insulting. I won't return.

I have been a customer of this establishment for at least 15 years or more. I started with the massage therapist with chairs at the Cumberland Mall. One of them referred me to the spa. He gave me a coupon and that time the massages were $49.95 per hour or very cheap so that is how long ago it was. I had some regular therapists. Andy, Sky and last one Mike. The last few times I visited I asked for Mike but they played switcharoo and gave me the person who I had in December and he was horrible. The last time I had Mike as my massage Therapist was June 2025. I went two times after and not sure who that person is but he does not even know what a deep tissue massage is. He massages with his forearm. The front desk lady told me that I have not been there since April 2024 which is totally false. I have been there at least 4 times this year and a couple times I called but Mike was not available. I am an OTR truck driver so I am not always in town. Not sure what is going on but won’t be going back. I believe she has me mixed up with someone else because the last time I went and I told her that was not Mike again she came all across the counter to take a look at me from my head to my toes. Very weird.
