Amazing service just know that a gel manicure here is $80, I should have asked for the price before booking. The front desk said these prices were normal in Austin and I looked around- that was a lie. There’s also a 20% automatic gratuity. they ask you if you’re okay with it rather then allowing you, as a guest, to select an amount. In a sense making you feel bad. I just don’t agree with that way of business and hospitality for a hotel spa

This spa is amazing. It’s cool (love the rock n roll vibe) & relaxing. Every person I encountered was friendly. Definitely a must if you’re in Austin- great thing to do on a rainy day. Book atleast a 60m treatment &go early- work out, chill by the pool, or in the steam shower. (Or do all 3!) Shannon is awesome & gives a wonderful massage!

I had an incredible experience with Lauren at Away Spa at the W. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease with her warm and professional approach. The massage itself was outstanding, she worked out all my tension and left me completely de-stressed. What truly set this session apart was Lauren’s ability to incorporate a holistic element into the experience. Her intuitive touch and energy work created a deep sense of balance and renewal, making it more than just a massage, it was a full mind-body reset. I left feeling both physically restored and mentally refreshed. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!

Your time starts and ends at this spa with a refreshing steam shower massive enough with 2 benches. The treatments leave you relaxed, refreshed, and glowing for the day. Pam is wonderful to get your mani and pedi completed so the dogs are ready to be showcased. Wendy is fantastic at giving a mind relaxing Ashiatsu Massage and glowing facial complete with extractions and great recommendations for a daily facial routine. Then Anthony will detox you with a wrap and skin softening parrafin on your back making it smooth like it was at birth. You will be welcomed by super personable and friendly Kate at the reception desk. It's a true Oasis for mind relaxing and escape the streets of Austin and life.

Maria and Lauren were amazing. Maria was very attentive and made sure my massage was an amazing experience. Lauren took care of my skin like if it was hers. Amazing service from them both. I highly recommend them both !

Valentine's Day couples massage was absolutely amazing! Nicole and Erinn made sure that the entire experience was special and memorable. I love getting massages, but unfortunately some places have not always been accommodating of me struggling to stay still because my back tenses up. Thankfully the team at AWAY was not that way, instead they were very respectful and made it one of the best massages ever!

I had such a great experience with Wendy a few months ago, so I requested her again. She is so kind, follows your lead as far as conversing or allowing the quiet, is so knowledgeable about the lymph nodes, and provides the exact experience I am always looking for. The front desk person (name escapes me, blond female) was so informative about their new product line Comfort Zone, and wasn't pushy on selling, she answered all my questions. She was Ben had a little birthday treat and card when I checked out. Great experience all the way around.
