ZaSpa Austin Downtown

I had a 50 min massage + 50 min facial combo with Jessie and it was incredible. Honestly, haven't had a massage this great in a while. What impressed me the most about Jessie is how strong and thorough she was with the massage and knew where all the knots were but was so gentle with the facial. This was perfect for me because I love deep tissue massage that feels truly therapeutic and irons out all the tight muscles but have pretty sensitive facial skin and need to be careful with it. The spa is beautifully designed and has a nice relaxation room with an excellent tea selection and salt lamps where you can rest your feet on:) ZaSpa and Jessie will be my go to choice whenever I'm in Austin!

Wonderful couples massage after running Austin’s half / marathon. Rebecca & Shari were fantastic. They took great care of us, gently and firmly moving our sore and tired muscles through recovery. They listened to our individual needs. We both feel like a million bucks. Thanks you, both, ladies. I hope to come back soon, visiting from AZ.

I had a great experience at ZaSpa. Whether you’re local or in town visiting, it’s a high contender for relaxation from hustle and bustle of downtown Austin. The spa is serviced with Unisex locker rooms, including showers and lockers. They also have a relaxation Lounge equip with cookies, nuts, tea, and infused water. A unique touch was they had salt domes where you could place your feet on top for a detoxification benefit. A robe and slippers are provided at the beginning and a heated neck wrapped at the end. I opted in for a 90 minute massage and every last minute was used. The masseuse Christina listened to all my needs and delivered a great massage. Parking is also validated upon receiving a service.

Massage with Emma. Facial with Jade. What a pure magical delight. The experience was beyond enjoyable. I can’t express just how wonderful the entire experience was. Do yourself a favor and get yours booked asap. Plan for the whole day to enjoy every moment.

My hubby and I enjoyed the romance package for our 20yr anniversary. This spa was perfect. It was small which was nice, it made us feel like we had the place to ourselves. Everything was absolutely perfect! The girl I spoke with to make the reservation was super sweet and helpful. Once we arrived, Christina and Shapetha were fantastic, made every part of our day sweet and special! Even blessed us with chocolate covered strawberries. I will definitely be back next time we visit Austin!

Went to ZaSpa for a team bonding event and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional. We had a private room to relax in while team members received treatments, complete with champagne and a fruit plate. I had my massage with Sharetha, and she was phenomenal. Overall, an incredible experience from start to finish.
