Hampton Inn & Suites Billings West I-90

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The fresh cookie upon registration was a nice touch. It’s odd that the main entrance faces the highway and not the main entrance from the access street. The biggest grief I have about the hotel was the WiFi. It’s free, but in order to use it you have to be either a Hilton Honors member or you have to sign up for Hilton Honors. Breakfast had lots of choices w 2 different omelets, bacon and a lot more. It was a nice stay, but it should’ve been considering what we paid!

Overall it was a wonderful experience. However, they definitely need to replace their mattresses as they have been well used. The room was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional, and the pool was delightful.

Amazing rooms. Big room big fridge dishwasher pet friendly. They have a fog run that gated so the dogs are safe to play free. I loved that. Great service too. Clean smells good

Heather and her staff were very nice and helpful every day. My wife and I stayed almost a week. Heather was always smiling, happy, and ready to serve. The janitorial staff was very nice as well. We highly recommend this hotel. Nice gym and pool too. Hat tub was working and clean too.

When in Billing I would recommend this hotel long term or short it does not matter. The staff are professional, kind and welcoming. Paradice is one such staff who meets all the standards. My stay was comfortable, relaxing, and secure, 10 out of 10.

We are Diamond HHonors members. A medical emergency took it as to Billings late I made my reservation with this lo cc action at 10:30 pm. Finally arrived after leaving the hospital at 3:30 am. The night gal was sleeping upon our arrival. She was rude informed us night audit already ran. We were charged NO Show and we could reserve a new room PAY again and talk to the manager in the morning to resolve. Angery I refused. Stayed elsewhere and have since been calling manager with NO return call or resolution!! Stay elsewhere we will never use this location again!!

The hotel is a bit tricky to get to because of all the road construction going on. Not the hotels fault but it is something you need to be aware of if staying here.||Check in was quick, friendly and we were recognized as diamond honors members. The hotel was actually very quiet all things considered until about 530 AM when traffic starts up and then again when all the construction equipment starts up.||Breakfast was actually quite good for a hotel free breakfast.
