the ladies were AMAZING. really great customer service and we had a wonderful time! however, my nails were not the color I asked for and my gel nails are already peeling off 4 days after they were put on... just a little feedback, always room to improve!

If you are looking for a good hair stylist then you NEED Lexi in your life! Seriously i never leave disappointed she is AMAZING! She can take me from blonde to dark brown and back to blonde and every color inbetween without damaging my hair! Definitely recommend!!

This was THE WORST nail experience of my life. I wasn’t going to write this review, but I’ve been waiting for my refund since may 19th so here it goes:) I went in randomly to this salon and had my nails done by Sherry. The nails took a long time, about 2 hours. On top of that her pricing for a fill was 48$ (I wish I would’ve looked at that before I sat in the chair) because that’s just not a going rate for a standard fill in Boise. The next day comes around and my index finger fell off, by the end of the night my second index finger was off, by the end of the week they were all lifting... I texted her and she wanted to fix them but she didn’t use acrylic so I figured what was the point they will just fall off again. I was so upset because my nails are the one nice thing I do for myself and I paid 50$ to be stressed out the next day of what to do about it. I texted sherry asking that she give me a refund and she said she would. I never got this refund!!! It has been a month!! She admitted to me in her texts that she was a new nail tech & honestly guilt tripped me for it. if you’re not ready to give your customers what they paid for you should’ve waited til you were ready. This was truly a horrible experience, and I hope this saves someone the stress and frustration I had to go through.

Had the most amazing facial and message. I don't like my face touched at all and the facial waa very comfortable and relaxing. The message relieved the knots in my back and feet. I highly recommend this salon. Added benefit... quiet.

Lexi does a great job. She was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago and I've been a regular customer ever since!

So I'm new to the whole pedicure manicure scene, but I went in today and the service was amazing. Well worth the wait Courtney is great at her job and very friendly/ helpful I would highly recommend

Go see Brooke for your waxing needs!! She is super nice, and makes you feel comfortable. Great prices too with a lot of experience.
